The herb is sold out of the same large jar that you and everybody smell from. The herb was ineffective, expensive, and seeded. I tried to return a 2 gram bag of seeded bud i paid well over 22 dollars for, and a guy points me to a sign that says all sales are final. How was i supposed to know that the bud was seeded????!!! He also said that the bud was still very smokeable...Im reporting this to the department of health. This is rediculous.

Im kind of bummed with the flowers that I bought from Everest. They use naturally derived pesticides And it makes them taste and smell bad. Soapy and oily. Very nice looking, but not a good smoke. I wish I would have known that they use pesticides before I purchased. I should have asked.Another thing that I thought was not cool was that they charge you for every last drop. I ordered a few grams of flowers and when it weighed in at more than a gram, they charge for it. For example, I asked for 1 gram of GG and they weighed out 1.07 grams. So instead of paying $11, you actually get charged for the .07 grams that THEY weighed out. So you pay $11.77. Who does this? I have never had to pay for a flower weighing a little extra.And the free prerolls are terrible. They taste like leaf. If you are going to try and attract business, be a little more generous.Also, the atmosphere is stagnant. The staff seemed barely awake and totally uninterested in their job. I felt uncomfortable and awkward. No smiles or anything.....just weird.

Just a heads up to staff... Rick Simpson oil is not a tincture. It's de-carbed shatter or wax. Love you guys otherwise .

Poor over the phone service called to inquire about the HeyDay Cartridges they're promoting on their Instagram account went to the web site for pricing of the HeyDay Cartridges instead found a $5 off coupon instead still wanted to know the pricing of the product called to inquire the price the Gentleman on the other side of the phone didn't seem he was willing to help gave me the price of $40 for the Cartridges and I asked about the $5 coupon online he claimed it expired already yet I just received it got off the line to check the email for expiration and it is for 9/30/18 called back to inquire to see if it was worth the trip the same gentleman answered and started huffing and puffing over the phone like I was making his job hard long story short I think I'll let the coupon expire and not make a visit with that kind of service I'll keep my business with Purlife, SouthWest Wellness Center, R. Greenleaf, Shift, & Organtica at least they treat us like patients and not like we're just there to annoy them sorry won't be getting my business anytime soon
