I am insulted that the only explanation for poor I am happy to see a variety of dispensaries popping up here in NM. Everest is one of the best... in customers care. The staff are super polite. Unfortunately the discount and the reward point system is flawed. I spend hundreds of dollars a month expecting points to be added up. But every time they say oh you only have 100 points. This is not rewarding, especially when the customer has to prove they made purchases there. Why don't they have records themselves? The reward points is the only reason I shopped there because the prices are so high it was the only thing that made going there reasonable. I'm not even gonna give 5 stars to receive my "bonus" 25 points because I doubt it will even be recorded. I have tried to claim points before and it's a huge hassle and maybe isn't even worth trying to save for.

Great product but I switched locations the one on fourth said I had no points or record of me since 2018 which I was there two days before. Went to the location on central and atrisco where I was found in the system and had a record of my purchase and points. The location at fourth didn’t seem to care about fixing my issue I went to other location where the problem was fixed and was asked to leave a review explaining the issue. Bottom line central location is the best they are polite and will help you find solutions to your problems you may be having reguarding your cannabis experience.

I absolutely love Everest! Their customer service is top notch and I’ve been using their delivery service through the COVID-19 pandemic. They are professional, come wearing gloves and a mask and provide timely delivery of your products.They also generally have a lot of distillate for sale which also makes me happy. They regularly carry Snoop’s Dream which I also like and they carry Bhang Bars on a regular basis which is helpful for maintenance of pain in other issues.The team at Everest has been absolutely wonderful during the pandemic crisis (and before). They’ve made it incredibly easy to get what you need when you need it with their new delivery system. It’s great to know that there’s a dispensary committed to getting us our medicine in any way possible. While it’s likely a hassle for them, I do appreciate your efforts.Please give them a call or shop online. Again, they will deliver it to you or you can pick it up curbside. I haven’t tried that yet but I’m sure it’s going to be just as professional as safe as their delivery is.Please give this place your business! You will be happy you did.

This is a greedy Albuquerque marijuana dispensary. Beware. Don't trust all the positive reviews. They offer discounts for positive 5 star reviews on the home page of their website, which is against policies here. They won't answer emails or phone calls. They simply expect you to come in and buy their ridiculous over-priced flower. Not to mention most of the workers act like they are superior to the medical patient, young so-called budtenders... Seriously, if you are looking for medical cannabis go elsewhere. These people are all about getting every penny they can out of you. No compassion. They don't bother to return phone calls or emails, or even answer the phone most of the time. Do you really think they are worth your support? See their prices and compare. We do have choices as medical marijuana patients.

First time trying this dispensary and I surely regret it. Like others have said, the staff seem to think they are superior or something. Very rude people work here. They act like it's a hassle to answer your questions, like you are wasting their time. They want you to hurry and go, get out of the way for the next patient, to make all the money they can by the end of the day. If I could give negative 5 stars I would! Go somewhere else where they treat you better, have better flower, at better prices.

I've been going to Everest, both the Central and 4th st. locations almost a year now daily. I love the atmosphere there. There's always someone ready to answer whatever ignorant or smart question I have to ask. They continuously have one of my favorite strands of cannabis flower of the many, if all dispensaries in the Albuquerque area. These guys n gals not only provide me great medicinal marijuana but also great friendship and conversation during my day to day practices and are consistent with their product quality.

In response to another review, Everest’s expediency in dealing with indecisive patients is admirable. Nothing is more annoying than someone coming in and holding up the line because they don’t know what they want. Anyway, I had to revise my review because of out of stock issues. They got me really heavily invested in the era pod system, yet they don’t keep a consistent variety of pods in stock. I went in today and all they had were the high CBD, low THC pods. These pods are exclusive to Everest and not available anywhere else. The pods are reliable and don’t contain heavy metals unlike ccell carts. They’re great for on the go, but stop with the CBD! We didn’t get our medical cards for CBD. CBD may have some use when taken orally, but it provides zero benefits when inhaled and putting CBD in distillate is just diluting it. Stop with the CBD, please. Going in to buy an era pod and being told that they won’t have any in for a week is a let-down to the patients that spend their money there. $40 for a pod of only 35% THC and a bunch of diluent is a disservice to NM patients. Nobody in there right mind is gonna buy them. CBD is not medicine. Please try to have at least two flavors of non-CBD era pods in stock at all times. The CBD stuff is worthless junk.

I do not recommend this store. I ordered delivery from this store. When i received my order i could tell it wasnt right. I ordered 2.61grams of flower and when i weighed it it came out to 1.52 grams. I hope this problem hasnt happened to more people who have not noticed. I won't be shopping here anymore for not getting what I paid for. If you do happen to order delivery from this store make sure you wait outside with a scale and check your weight before the budtender leaves.

UPDATE: seems like they have gone down hill, none of the original staff is here anymore and prices have gone up. Not nearly any daily specials anymore. Probably will only use Everest as a last resort from now on. Just hate being disappointed after a purchase =(..............I cant say enough positive things about Everest! They are so great at everything, from the start to finish when you walk thru those doors you're in good hands!!! They have a strand called "Snoop's Dream" and its hands down my favorite flower!!! They always have a great deal daily, and are just all around so dope!!! (Pun intended). Definitely recommend them!!!!

This was one of the first dispensaries I visited when I first got my card.Their personnel is super friendly and knowledgeable about their product! They help keep me away from the sativas that are known for being anxiety provoking and direct me to easy sativas. Their price is right on point- from vapes to flower and edibles - they are the best prices. They were also one of the first dispensaries to give points per dollar spent. It’s literally the best points system with some legit rewards.Discounts on discounts yo!! They frequently have discounts available - and you know they send out a text to let you know what’s up. I’m not sure what else to say other than go there and get taken care of
