I like the selection of products they carry at this location, and the prices are all pretty reasonable. But, the vibe of this store is off putting and it doesn’t feel like I’m really welcome to shop or ask questions beyond “I want that one”. It’s not a bad dispensary, but it has the worst vibe of any dispensary I’ve visited in the past 1-2 years.I would recommend this location if you’re looking for a specific item from a specific brand. But for general shopping or if you have questions it can feel weirder than similar dispensaries.

Placed an online order, it opens at 945am. I placed my order at 9:44am on the dot when it changed.My order was canceled and I herd the bud tenders saying they get to choose who goes first. They are choosing favorites!!! don’t try to get anything limited stock here as they will not sell it to you. Reported to 710 labs !!!!

I live in Morrison and come to CHC freqntly. Have spent $$ tons here. new guy quoted me a discnt. I came to pick up was told it was a mistake only 5% not 10% discnt. I had the exact $$ for 10% withdrawn from my bank already. Guy sends me out to get $1.48. Had to drive back to the bank. I’ve given CHC way more tips than $1.48 x 10. On the way back stop’d @Greenfields. I got a 32% 1/8th (4.2 grams!) for $25 otd. Chronic! I’m good on CHC.

Giovanni deserves a raise!! His customer service should be a standard in the weed industry and is definitely a reason why I’d give this place 5 stars. This place is amazing. The owner I’m pretty sure was in this morning and he was a great guy from our chat. I also need to give credit to Keegan and Ally. I really enjoy going to this place with the great staff and management. Plus... I can bring my puppy! Jussi (UC) loved you guys!

Been coming to this shop for years, even drive hour down the mountain to go there. Prices are really good, and their quality is pretty good as well. Always have super good "strains of the day "deals, under 20 bucks out the door rec. Not to mention the people that work there are always really friendly and helpful. Free hkint with purchase or for a penny, what ever it is , is cool as well. Will continue to be a regular customer

I am a very casual cannabis smoker - small quantities last me months. Every time I enter this establishment the service is excellent; professional and relaxed. Security is professional; very welcoming. They have also been a supporter of the Levitt pavilion venue nearby in Ruby Hill park. I know little of competing dispensaries as I have no reason to look elsewhere. Happy to shop here and enjoy this business!

I had a friend who used to work for Colorado Harvest Company and their prices are competitive, so I started shopping there. On one occasion, I checked their website and went in to purchase cannabis listed at $16 for an eighth, but my budtender told me it was more expensive. When I pointed out that it was advertised at that price, he still didn't want to take responsibility for the mistake; I asked for a manager and he told me that everyone there was one, nonetheless, after the intercession of another employee, they sold me the cannabis at the advertised price. This was a clear indication of problems, but I kept coming back. Last week, I came in during the store's happy hour, during which they're supposed to sell a half-gram joint for a penny with another purchase. When I got back my change, I noticed there was an extra penny and my budtender hadn't produced the penny joint, so I inquired; he told me they were out of joints. Again, I pointed out that the dispensary was making this offer (on a sign in the entryway, among other places). He responded that they didn't have any half gram or gram joints and that all they had left were hash joints (while giving me a look that said "surely you don't expect us to give you one of those for a penny!"). I could have made a scene or demanded my money back, but I decided it wasn't worth it; Colorado Harvest Company, this is not how to do retail business, at least, not with me!P.S. Owner, I was quite clear, yet you don't seem to understand: you can't make offers to induce people to make purchases you aren't willing to honor -- it's called false advertising. No, I did not get what I wanted, and customers should never have to argue to try to get you to honor your advertised prices and offers in the first place. Wow, you are clueless!

I don’t know how their edibles or weed is but I only shop for concentrates I only give this 5 stars because their products of natty rems and green dot are good and are kept in a fridge this the only other place besides Livwell that keep their hash in fridges on the recreational side, most places don’t this because it’s not enforced but your suppose to keep your product(hash) inside a cool container to keep it fresh it’ll taste better but make sure it’s not too cool or else it’ll build up condensation but I digress their hash is always good from the top tier companies

Literally have had a terrible day and just wanted to enjoy some 710 labs witch is top shelf went all over town to find the Pop up because the company didn’t post the right information and when I finally get home with my product it’s super greased down and not even fresh Like it’s been sitting out for a while Probably never buying hash from here again

Though I refuse to give business personally to the company. I will say Michael was super helpful over the phone. He wasn't quite sure how to handle unsubscribing a customer from their mailer, but none the less he was happy to sort it out and get me out of their system. Maybe down the road I'll visit this location and have a change if heart.
