Went today and enjoyed my visit. Showed up right before opening and as expected, a bit of a line up already formed. No biggie, got in as soon they opened. Selection is decent and only to get better. P... more

Inside the covered windows is an absolute gem of a cannabis dispensary. The store is very clean and organized inside. The staff is super friendly, passionate, and highly knowledgeable. Came in early March looking for the La Blanca strain and ended up with the Purple Bud after the staff walked me through their great selection in the store. Even if the staff can't romanticize the product in the present Social Distancing environment, I still highly appreciate it when they recommended me the pre-rolled Sensi Star from Namaste which is probably the best strain I ever had. The lacrosse they used is a cute way of keeping the distance while handing you your pick-up orders.

Very unsatisfied. Visited this store about 6 months ago and couldnt purchase because I had forgotten my I.d. came today and purchased 3.5 grams for $40 after tax (roughly twice as much as the regular street price in my area) for a strain that was recommended by both of the employees of the store. I left the store excited to see what was in my sealed container. What i found however was everything but. The product was super dry and had seeds in the first nugget I busted open. I returned to the store immediately (within 3 minutes of being there) only to be told they cant do anything because having seeds in it according to them isnt defective. I disagreed but was told too bad. The product itself tasted like metal, did not burn properly, and had very dark ash. I spent more time lighting it then I did smoking it. I will not waste my money again on sub par, government garbage ganja.

Evergreen looks wayyyyy different! In a good way ;) And they now have chocolates, edibles, vapes! I had to take photos because I don't think anyone knows...I decided to buy the Houseplant Hybrid and two chocolate bars, which literally melt in my mouth. The Houseplant was a hit at our friends party over the weekend and it was only $36 for 3.5g. The Evergreen staff said it was the best price in city. The chocolate bars were around $8 each and I was surprised on how strong they felt. I'm used to eating around 100mg THC and I only took 4-5mg, and I was pretty high within 20 mins. The staff mentioned that this could be because all the products they sell are tested through Health Canada and labelled accurately. I'm a big fan and will be coming back for more! :)

Friendly and helpful staff, street parking available, metered but your in and out will probably be quick enough to skip the meter. First week open, the selection was small, but upon visiting a week ago, their selection had expanded. The staff are always open to feedback on strains and preferences, and do a great job in helping you make a selection suited for your needs and preferences. Personally enjoyed No.404 L.A. Confidential. Prices are way more reasonable than City Cannabis.

Store is very clean and organized. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I thought it was really cool that you are able to view/smell every strain in a magnified/smell accessible jars. Not to mention all the strain related info in regards to testing for % related to THC/CBD. Both of those components is a rarity so far in the legal storefront market. Made the experience feel very accessible and informative without having to ask too many questions. I also found the prices very fair and competitive for the licences and legal market.

One of the better shops I've been too since legalization, a little out of the way but great if your in the Kits area. Review Breakdown:1) Friendly Staff, knowledgeable about the products and the price. 2) Display is a bit rough, small table in the center of the room makes it hard to brows when busy but bud is visible in clean containers and able to smell3) I really like that they have a recycling station for empty containers to be returned. Legalization has brought extreme packaging and its nice to see someone collecting it for recycling.

Bring 2 pieces of ID and be of legal age.First time customer today, the ladies at the front were super sweet and helped me with all my questions. It was nice to find a place that has a huge selection of strains, I was going to a place at the end of 4th ave that only has 4-5 strains and all for the same price which I don't like as I prefer high end product. I bought the D. Budda 27% THC today at Evergreen Cannabis and it blows away the products from my previous shop, definitely will be back as a full time customer!Only down fall for me was the extreme packaging, I have arthritis and had to get someone to open all the individual containers holding just 1 gram in each one. They do have a recycling program but I hope in the future they will have larger quantites pre-packaged or even better loose weighed out product so you can pick as much as you want of whatever kind. I guess this is due to the government and no fault of their own, just wishful thinking. I did like that they have a table full of the products to view and smell with a list of the THC quantity and other information about the product, I have previously been to 4 other dispensaries and none of them had any information listed.

I finally decided to go the legit route and check into Evergreen. It's a little weird because you can't see into the store so you don't know what to expect. Door open and voila . A oval table with about 30 different strains that you can look and smell. Full description of the strain grower and THC/CBD levels. Of course I go to pay I think ok how much am I getting ripped off now. I bought 6. 5 grams for $70. Not great but the quality of the weed and the better buying experience is worth it to me. Also they do recycle the packaging sobtaje it back when you go re-up
Feedback:
I have lived around the corner from this store since they first opened. Here has been my experience after multiple visits before and after legalization. When they were unlicensed, they charged tax and debit machine fees. NONE of the other unlicensed dispensaries were doing this. It seems like their main priority was squeezing everything they could out of the customer when most other shops were not doing the same and just happy to be operating illegally. Product was generally about a dollar or two more than other dispensaries also but was very decent quality. Since they have become licensed, things have gotten much worse. Their cheapest bud is around 13$ a gram and only goes up. I believe I saw bud for over 17$ a gram!!! , what you get for this is bud that is so dry it turns to powder. Completely unacceptable for such an expensive product. I have read some of the responses about well, it's a tested product, safety and mold and every other excuse under the sun. I had my lung capacity and function tested this June. I was told my lung function was excellent for someone my age of 40. Don't let fear mongering by the government and these dispensaries fool you. Let's not forget people have smoked weed happily and healthy for thousands of years without government controls and testing. I have smoked daily for over 25 years. I understand for some people a little government sticker saying this is A, O.K gives people piece of mind and they are willing to pay a premium for that. To each their own. I will personally never shop here again and will keep buying from( the guy) the way I have been for the last 25 years, even if it is less convenient than strolling around the corner to the store. Not only to save a ton of money but to get the best product available. Having said all that. The store is clean, most of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, but that is not enough to make me pay a premium for a low quality product with my hard earned money. It's a shame that government packaging methods, pricing and controls are ruining what could have otherwise been a great store. Hopefully the industry will come around. But don't just take my word for it, go into the store and see for yourself. Just be prepared to be dissatisfied.
Feedback:
The staff were trying thier best to resolve my questions of ...why the cannabis looks old. In the view boxes.Off color . We checked my purchase for packaging date. They said 1month. Could not be true. At least from what we saw. The description and info regarding the 2 products was false. The weed was degraded . Not the strength suggested on the over packaging. So far my 10 plus experiences with the government approved products is as I have heard from all users medical and recreational. The products are way over priced for below standard product. I wasted 50.00On mediocre at best .pretend deluxe products. If you bought a 6pack of beer and it was old and obviously forced by regulation to comply to an absurd regime. I would not drink expensive fuddled un safe old beer. That is why most cannabis users with move away from legal marijuana back to where real. Handmade proud and potent medicine can be had.I respect evergreen for trying to save thier business from the foolish wolves at the "too". But honestly....so far I see waste . Pointless production of below grade if not worthless cannabis.Sincerly Paul j scheffer
