Amazing staff.First 3 months of free classes for newborns and mothers. 123 Cafe is the best and it is the one that serves food to all wards. If you are vegetarian then black bean burger is the best. more

I had messed up my back and it was a lot worse 36 hours later. I phoned the nurse line (for Evergreen) and the nurse advised that I come in to the ER because I couldn't control the pain myself. I asked the nurse to fax over what we talked about to the ER, and she did. I made it clear that I was not there for drugs, only that I needed something to help with inflammation and pain. The doc was super nice and so was the nurse. He gave me a couple of shots (1 pain 1 inflammation) and kept me for about 30 minutes after. When I got home the pain was easily maintained with Tylenol, a muscle relaxer, and Naproxen Sodium. The discharge instructions were very helpful and clear. We were out in less than a 2 hours.

Most horrible place a patient can think of going to.. If you have any other option to go, please go there and dont go to Evergreen. Patient is just a money making machine for them and they are not at all connected with you to help you solve your health problem. Also they misinformed me about my total 'out of pocket' cost. First they did not even agree that they misinformed me and after i shared more information to prove my point, they agreed that they misinformed me about my copay amount. And even after agreeing that it was their own mistake in providing me with the right info, they well hell bent that i will still have to pay the remaining amount from my pocket. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I had such a great experience giving birth at Evergreen! The doctors and nurses were very kind and obliging. Even though Dr. Baquero was out of town the week of my delivery she still sent me a handwritten note to say congratulations. My labor was so fast there wasn't time to get an epidural, but it was so much easier than it could have been because my nurses were encouraging and cheering me on the whole time. I will be recommending Evergreen to all my friends in the future.

The hospital itself is good. Updated and clean, and the staff have always treated my family well.Really it's unfair that I have to put this review here, but there really isn't a great way to provide feedback or this issue that I have found.Evergreen Emergency Services, PS is a billing service that for the life of me I CANNOT figure out why Evergreen insists on using. They have professional billing for the doctor, and hospital billing for the ER services. Wait! Two bills for on visit is not enough, there must be three! For some reason a month or two later you get a bill from Evergreen Emergency Services, PS. That's the full name of the company that I have found. They aren't based locally, the address provided is in Chicago. The representatives I have had the displeasure of working with always seem to hate their lives or at least their job. I'm guessing it's because they know they can't do anything to help whenever I call. It seems the records the maintain are poor, incomplete and/or inaccurate. They don't bill my insurance about fifty percent of the time and I get adjusted bills months down the line.Look, I get it. Insurance and billing is a nightmare. Evergreen itself handles it fine though. And at least I can talk to someone from this time zone or at least this country when I have a problem. I'm mostly ranting because I just got off the phone with a very unhelpful representative. However, the issue remains clear. The third part billing office is cumbersome, confusing, and not customer focused. I want to go to a different ER now just because I do not want to deal with that company. I have three energetic children and between them, My wife, and I, we've been to the ER quite a few times. I absolutely hate the part where I have to figure out how to pay this third bill that comes way late. Heaven forbid I accidentally forget how annoying it is and I use my HRA. No record of an EOB is found because they often forget to bill the insurance. And if they do, the amounts don't match. I urge Evergreen to stop putting unnecessary billing burdens onto the customer. PLEASE.

In December 2018 I went into out patient day surgery for a battery change for my interstim. I was there for 1 1/2 hrs only and received a bill for 4,002.00! I phoned the business office and since my husband retired and I'm on Medicare they suggested filling out a patient assistance form which I did. I also appealed with Medicare the charges which they were aware of and that took more time. Mind you I only received 1 bill, offered to make payments but was told no while they reviewed my assistance application. Apparently I was sent to collection's in July??? Unbeknownst by me as I spoke to them twice in regards to this bill after they supposedly sent me to collection's (which I was not told) and was approved BTW for 1/2 the amount just yesterday, she told me that today?? Now how to pay when now it's in collection? They've ruined my credit, didn't allow me to make payments and could not help in any way shape or form. She says "have a nice day" at the end of our phone call? Never ever in my 63 year's have I been to a collection agency and surprisingly the supervisor was unavailable and would return call with in 24-48 hrs. Unbelievable patient service. Formerly in the nursing field myself for over 20 years, I have never experienced such lack of care or concerns from a medical organization such as this. I wasn't even aware of patient assistance until they suggested it. Total lack of empathy on their part and the worst billing dept I've ever dealt with. BTW it has been 96 hours and still no return call from the supervisor.

Th ER has some doctors who are very condescending. I've had unexplained neurological problems for 5 weeks. They have done a number of tests and can't figure out the cause. I'm not really sure what I did to deserve to be treated the way I was. Doctor came in with his arms crossed and irritated with me before I could even talk about what happened. I lost all feeling in my right leg accompanied by pins and needles throughout my body. The only time I've ever been to the ER up here is when I had pneumonia. No history of anxiety, brief history of depression that's managed. I am never coming here again with out a family member who can advocate for me and knows me. I have never in my life been treated like I am this. Ill never forget this. I feel so alone in what's happening .I'm a Bastyr student and I don't have a lot of family up here.

No wait, very professional, helpful as well as thorough staff and Doctors. All of the services and departments coordinate together, and this is excellent to go to for when your normal primary care doctor is not available. They provide flu shots, wound care, antibiotics, and if it is something they are not 3quioed for or unsure about, they are honest and will refer you on to a hospital and not charge for the office visit.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. This organization is horrible. You are just a number. When you go for a visit, it's literally 20 minutes or less. You are rushed, and made to feel like an inconvenience when you ask questions about your own health. When it comes to billing, if you go past 30 days, even after making a substantial payment, you will be sent to collections. Payment plans = must pay off in one year regardless if you can afford monthly payments. If you miss one, or can't afford, off to collections you go. They will not work with you at all. My credit has been affected once again because of our broken healthcare system. I also want to add that their customer service stated to me that they showed four statements for ONE procedure were sent to me and 'showed' delivered. How is that proof if it's not mailed certified with a delivery receipt??? Mail does get lost in transit!I have received three statements all for different procedures. Never received multiple billing for the same procedure. Why did I not receive a phone call? Here's why...Their billing is through an automated system with set parameters and they don't do phone calls, according to customer service. This is all stated on the bill. Regardless of your situation, you are forced to pay them the way the 'system' says you have to pay. I expressed I was experiencing financial hardship and would not be able to meet their payment requirements. How is this fair? It's not. It's bullying. It's robbery. It's inhumane. This healthcare system has received over 80% of the money owed through my insurance. It's not like they haven't received anything. They will destroy your credit. They will make your life more difficult than it has to be. DO NOT go to Evergreen Healthcare for anything. They DO NOT have you in their best interest. They just want your money.

Stay away from Coral 320! My wife's OB asked us to come back to do a 'check' there in 3 days after having a new baby in the hospital. Mom and baby were all good and a nurse did some basic checks like blood pressure and baby weight. Then I got a $250 bill to mom and a $250 bill to baby. All the fee are coded as something that my insurance won't cover and can't discount. Called the number on my bill to appeal. Someone called back after a few weeks and saying the code is right with some nonsense reasons.
