First time ever to a store before and I had no idea what to do or expect 🤣 the staff were so friendly and never made my questions feel stupid! They were patient and got me just what I was needing. Great customer service, close to home. I do feel like they are more expensive compared to prices I see over at Bonney Lake store online though. But I don’t mind, closer to my home.

I will always go here because of Angelina, Sara and Shawn. I go there weekly and they brighten my days with their laughter, dancing and amazing customer service. Great dispensary and great prices too. I'm glad y'all hire people like them. I'm from the South and it's mind blowing to me how we can legally buy weed. Much better than what I've experienced growing up. Keep up the good work evergreen market!

Knowledgable staff friendly and helpful! Great variety in product a tad bit on the expensive side as clutch and buddies have slightly lower prices but I try n come there for the lively amptnosphere....!Keep up the good work staff!!!And remember........it's 4:20 somewhere!

I have been using Cannabis products for 20+ years now and have shopped at many, many MANY stores out there and have found Evergreen has very competitive prices, they have convenient hours and lots of locations around the Greater Northwest area. I love the quality of every purchase that I have made. I have had to return products at least four times now and have never been given a problem when I do need to return something. The staff are very friendly and are very knowledgeable about the product that they sell. I will ALWAYS shop at Evergreen Market from here on out.

I really love this dispensary and the extremely knowledgeable people who work there. They’re patient and know the products very well. Although I have shopped in their store just a handful of times, I usually order online from their website. Plus If you order online you get 10% off your purchase and accumulate points for more discounts. How great is that? However, the last two times I’ve ordered online the people working the window haven’t been the most jolly but then again, it’s just a pick-up window. I love Evergreen Market and always recommend the Auburn location.

I shopped almost daily here... had to use my Federal ID and Passport because I forgot my driver's license. The worker wouldn't accept it. Because it wasn't on his list. NTSA accepted over state driver's license to fly. But not good enough to buy cannabis? Good enough to Fly! But, not get High?! There's something wrong with that picture. Being so close to an Indigenous Nation in the Muckleshoot tribe? Sadly, until you recognize Indigenous Nations and their Federally Issued identification? I will take my business elsewhere. Like maybe the Muckleshoot's Joint Rivers. . Where they give me a discount when I use my Federal Tribal Identification Card.

I went in and told the budtender I’m looking for something fresh with a recent harvest date and they showed me a couple different eights. I ended up finding one that looked good . It was a top shelf $50 eights. The one they handed me was harvested several months ago and was not as recent as the specific one I was originally showed . I asked for a fresher one and he said he will switch it out for me with the one I liked. I trusted him and he still put the one I said no to in the bag and in very disappointed. My only specification on the weed was I wanted it to be fresh and there was no budget. the weed I was given was so dry it crumbles when I apply little pressure to the bud. This is the 3rd time iv gone there and had an unpleasant experience. If you are going to have higher prices then other places you should make sure you have quality weed and excellent customer service. Will not be returning

Very Helpfull, knowledgable Staff that have patience when people are new to finding items they need. Online ordering and pickup was the first time doing this with any store and I get frustrated easy , this went so perfect and easy! I was super impressed!! Highly Recommend only down fall is lack of having the same products by the same distributor! I have to find a new maker each time and want the one I find works best! Maybe soon they will be able to restock and get repeat items.

I will NEVER go back here! On my lunch break i went to purchase a cartridge for my pen and when i called they said they had a couple indica choices for the price i was looking for. I walk in set on exactly what i came for and was told that the items i was inquiring about were gone for days now and tried to sell me something twice the price. I didn't buy anything..... Ive got other places i will go for the price and amount they were selling it for. As i walked out a employee followed behind me to the door and SAID " good dont come back"! I was shocked. Id never had any interaction with the guy ever. 3 people i know very well that come refuse to come now. Hundreds of dollars a month lost because of one person. Sad

I giving one star for the fact that this has happened to me on more then just one occasion i look at there joints and flower and the person helping tells me one price then i get to the check out counter they tell me its way more. I tried to let them know this person told me it was this price. They just let go in one ear and out the other o they didn't say that now im being called a liar. I would drive out of my way to shop there but not anymore. I guess your company doesn't care about customer service. 👎
