Florida Native - I walked in 2 weeks ago and brought my elderly parents to their first ever dispensary. I was upset to see security dressed up like swat team. WAYYYY OVER DOING IT. My parents did not feel like the area was a safe one and the business too risky to stay. Embarrassment to the cannabis community. I went to another dispensary, no over suffiticated security.

Their other two locations have much more helpful and friendlier staff AND management.I was there about 3 months ago and I had some questions about pain relief products. The smelly, long haired man who I was later told was the stores main manager was very condescending towards my lack of experience and knowledge without educating me in any way...I later stopped at another one of their locations and it was a much cleaner environment and more friendly, welcoming experience...I will continue to shop at their other two stores, but not this one.
