Do NOT use your ATM or credit card here! Unauthorized charges withdrawn from my account! (No problem with the staff on site, or the product.) I used their in-house ATM, which charged the expected high fee. Then I checked my account and found that they charged an extra unauthorized amount immediately after. On top of the fee. A non authorized completely separate small amount. When I called and spoke with staff and manager both try to tell me that it was an issue with my bank and the ATM company. The line item withdrawal is exact for both transactions People's OC?! Wait. I wasn't at People's OC and have never even been there... Their ATM company mixed up the stores and overcharged me. The manager took no accountability and cut me off 3 times before I was allowed to finish my point. At days end, they've lost my trust if they can charge my card and take no accountability whatsoever, other than to tell me to call my bank. Poor business sense. Be careful.

Just left the shop and they charged me 32% sales tax. I don't even know if that is legal. I called People's OC and they charge 15%. Everywhere I look online it says 15%. I don't think that sales tax should be at the discretion of the place of business. From what I understand "sales tax" is made up of city and state. Perhaps I am wrong, but I will not shop here again when just around the corner I can save %17. Be warned.....

I am 8 months pregnant. I OBVIOUSLY have chosen NOT to smoke during my pregnancy as it is advised against by many physicians due to lack of study. (Understandable, frustrating when you’re a cannabis connoisseur such as myself and rely on the beautful medicinal purposes of cannabis to relieve body aches, headaches, sleep issues and stomach aches, etc.. but understandable none the less) ((longest 9 months of my life! LOL)). However I was made to feel extremely discriminated against as I entered this establishment WITH MY HUSBAND.. for HIM to purchase some cannabis we were just having a fun day, I mean I’m still allowed to smell it right!? Not to mention I’m allowed to used topical CBD treatments.. they told me “you’re not purchasing anything right? Because we can’t sell to you”. A few questions run through my mind with this.. such as.. I am 21.. and what if I was there alone to purchase product as a present to someone else such as my Husband? I mean I could walk into a BevMo right now and buy him a bottle of whiskey as a gift and they’re not going to turn me away because I’m 8 months pregnant haha.. show me the laws. PLEASE. I was made to feel awkward the whole time. Will NOT give them my money again. K BYE.

The best place to get your products. Best products, top notch service, constant discounts. Easily 10/10 no complaints. The staff is amazing down to the security guard, Philip. He looks like he's not playing around, but strike a conversation with him and he has some knowledge that will keep you thinking for days. It's all about mutual respect here. All the bud tenders are always on me making sure I'm getting my discounts! I literally had Marvin chasing me out the store so I could get my discount. I love this place and they will continue to receive my service.Keep up the good work!

Never had a problem getting a 4 gram 8th here this is the only reason I come out of my way and to come here from orange last 2 times I came I was very unhappy last time I paid 30$ for 2 grams and today I came back against my better judgment and was told I couldn't get that deal anymore on the flower I wanted I was told on the higher quality I would have to pay more and only get 3.5 so irritating marlin did not take care of this patient today and now I will find another clinic who is willing to take care of there patients!! #Pissed#

So I was there few minutes ago and I took my out of country ID and they rejected me. So I did my research online & this is what I found:''For those traveling from another country outside the U.S., your valid passport will work as an acceptable form of identification. Additionally, be sure to keep your identification at the ready throughout the process as some dispensaries will ask you to show it once more at the point of sale.'' They lose clients. I need it, cause I suffered from insomnia. but oh well, moving on. I will keep seeking for new labs. After all this is Santa Ana. 😁

I JUST LEFT THIS PLACE. THEY DID NOT HONOR THEIR PRICES ON A PRODUCT THEY SELL THERE. I SAW THEM ON WEEDMAPS ,I JUST LEFT THE SHOP AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO HONOR THE PRICE BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HIM WE DID NOT SEE IT ON THEIR WEB. WELL GUESS WHAT? YOU DO NOT HAVE A WEB. YOU SIMPLY SET UP CLICK BAIT AND POST LOW PRICES TO JUST GET THERE AND PRICES ARE DIFFERENT BY $3 DOLLARS!!!! I recently bought a brass knuckles vape stopped working after 3 USES. Here I am trying to give them another shot and they do this. I will leave a review on every single page of theirs.
