Overall Feedback:

Dropped off a sample over two weeks ago. Was told that turn around time is 7 days usually, but because of the holiday season it would be more like 10-12 days. Today is 14 days later. No correspondence or any updates on status. Called in today to figure out when I will get results back, and was told that I won't be getting them this week, and can't guarantee that I will get them next week either. Over 20 days after drop off time! They will not make it in the industry doing business like this.
