Mediocre service at best. They advertise 11 PM closing time as I’m walking up to the door yesterday at 10:40 pm, They shut the open light off and lock the door right in front of me. I knock on the glass door and nothing. People continue to leave for the next ten minutes and are let out by security and I wasn’t even acknowledged. I’ve been going there since they open and now I’m just tired of the poor customer service. Inconsistent information when you ask of a good flower that’s coming back and they never have a good answer. Bud tenders are always on the phone playing games rather than giving the customer full attention. I went there because of the product but now it’s not even worth it. You count on the closing time they tell you in person then shut the door in front of customers 20 minutes before closing. I called twice as well.

Screenshotted and reposting the times just for extra measure. I got there at 10:00 PM the doors were locked and no security gaurd (my first time here, so wasn't sure if you needed to wait) waited maybe 10 minutes and a customer came out with a person I'm assuming is an employee or the security, i started walking over from my car and he started waving his hands around "No! We're closed! We're closed!" And turned the open sign on the door even..Super rude and way before closing. No sign was posted on the door as a warning, so guess he just wanted to leave early.The ironic thing is that when I attempted going the time said closed at 11 pm and now it's changed to even later? The person editing the google hours should think about changing their times to earlier.

First time visitor. Had knee pain. Choc. Bar was suggested. Then the man employee pulled out this CBD oil for $30. He said it kills pain instantly, put drops under your tongue. I only had $24. He grabbed the money so fast from my hand n gave me the tiny bottle. IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. NOW I SEE WHY THE government doesn't want these shops legal.

I've been a patient here for years. The customer service is careless. I've had people tell me all different things about this place that weren't right, I liked it and continued to go. Went in and recived service (waste of time) At the verrry end I was denied because my rec was expired. I understand the mishap, But I'm a returning customer n you guys have always been operating inncorrectly. Went another place down the street as FTP and they didn't care, much more professional too

Went here for a while until they shut down for a couple days then reopened with new, later hours. I'm guessing they weren't getting enough clients during the day. Still unsure of what those hours are cause evrytime I went they were closed and no one answers the phone. The one star is for the service I received when I was there, they're quick so really no lines but they are quick because they are stoned and dont want to talk to anybody lol. Nothing wrong with that but dont do it at work. Even if the boss man says its ok.... Not good for reputation or appearance.Ive been smoking for 10 years. Products were decent. Large inventory, low prices. The only bud I recomend is their "top shelf" 15-20$ grams. They are the only thing strong enough to keep me going fpr a couple hours. Anything rlse was bunk. Espcially the pre rolls, cut with alot of tobacco lol!One do the few dispensaries that offers crdit card payment with a fee of 3 bucks. That is if they still offer so that's the other star.So take your chances of coming here. It might be open it might not. Someone might answer the phone. Someone might not. Few times I was waiting I met some people that came from 30+ min away for the prices and good words but ultimately they got disappointed by the Closed sign.

Such a disappointment. Inventory is lacking, and it is run by the worst type of pothead.. the type that don't manage anything well and don't give a care in the world. Great location and potential, but needs new management. The girl behind the counter was stoned as heck, talking to her friend on the phone and not giving a damn about the clients asking her questions or trying to get something and leave. Horrid management.

Wrong hours posted here on Google... Just drove 30 minutes to find out they're actually closed. What a waste of time! I'll never understand being so careless with the image of your business that you'd allow incorrect times to be posted to your Google page... But here we are. I wonder if they're this careless when inspecting their medicine? Every time I come, the staff is stoned out of their minds and can't make any useful recommendations of products. Last time, the girl was literally smoking a blunt in my face and couldn't answer my question of whether they sold vape batteries. When I asked if she had ever used a certain brand of Co2 cartridges, she laughed in my face and smirked "no" as if to say that she was too good to use a cheap cartridge. Just rude rude rude all around.

Lame i went there to buy a brass knuckles cartridge with a reader special n still got it at full price not to mention drove like 25 miles from were i live n got the shittiest service ever. Some chick dat looked like she didmt even wanna be there didnt even come at me right all i got wus a "what you looking for" ha, it wus my first and last time ill ever go. I really dont know how yuu guys even have some 5 stars people must be high wen they walk in there

well i live in desanso ca and i have to commute to get meds originaly I gave a bad review . that was due to unprofessional staff maybe partaking on too many meds . but the staff had improved greatly and I get great service all the time .I actually only visit here now they have been very consistent with prices and quality and I've shown loyalty to them . they don't really have a frequent buyers program but they have grams as low as 3 dollars and most the time its supreme quality meaning it does medicate me and if it didn't get me stoned I wouldn't buy it .I've been a chronic user for twenty plus years now and even with my exposure I still can find one hitter product for as low as 3 a gram .
