I think it depends on your reason for going in. I've gone there more than once for UTI's and they took care of me. The wait time is a little long but not too bad. I was ready to give a five star review but thought I'd wait until after this last visit. It was bad this time. I'd give it one star, but I moved it to two because I did have positive experiences there in the past. I went in Sunday for an eye infection and was given antibiotics. After taking one dose, my eye started tearing pretty bad. I called back and asked if it was normal. They said it's too early to tell, and told me to take my second dose later that night and then call back in the morning if it's not improving. Not only did it not improve, my eye got very much worse. The tearing was excessive, the light sensitivity and general sensitivity was excruciating, and the redness and swelling got incredibly worse. I called back in the morning, as instructed, and was told that the provider who took care of me was not in, and would be back in a few days, and that I'd have to wait until then. I wish I hadn't gone in at all. The original pain from my infection was nothing compared to the irritation from the antibiotics I received. When I made it to a real doctor the next day, I received better antibiotics which are actually healing me without side effects.
Feedback:
The staff was nice and friendly however the provider was horrible. She was completely dismissive after only a few questions before even looking at area of complaint. She also didn't care to actually look at the area that was causing me pain or that it hurt when she did a swab before making up her mind. I was also the only patient there but she was quick to diagnose and leave.

I was in the other evening and from start to finish it was a great experience. Nobody wants to be at urgent care at 7:45p on a weekend evening but Charlene was kind on the phone and verified my insurance. Darcy was caring in performing the vitals and patient check in process.. and Dr. M. Perry listened and was thoughtful in his treatment plan. Great caring staff all around. Highly recommend.
Feedback:
Took my adult daughter in for what we knew was an ear infection. Dr Davenport, or should I say so-called dr... Told her it was not an ear infection but that she had TMJ. He prescribed anti-inflammatory and what turned out to be eye drops. She was in excruciating pain in the middle of the night. Took her to the ER the next morning and sure enough it was an obvious ear infection. The ER doctor told her that the urgent care doctor was an idiot. Again his name is dr. Davenport. He should be sued. We should have known he was a quack when he took about two seconds to diagnose her.
Feedback:
This urgent care is my choice when I need a local urgent care. I have one 3 miles from my home but would rather go to the Wildomar facility 15 miles away. I have used this facility several times and my experience is always a positive one. The staff are efficient, friendly and professional. Likewise, I usually get blessed and there is little or no waiting. Rock on IUC Wildomar!
Feedback:
This is absolutely the worst company in the Medical Urgent Care choices in the Wildomar, Murrieta area. Stay away!! They will upsale you on services you do not need, take your money and will not take care of your needs. These people are crooks. Do not waste your time or money. They really deserve ZERO stars, but you have to at least give one to write a review!!! Beware, go to the ER instead!!!
Feedback:
I took my 9 month old daughter in to get checked because she was really congested and was having some other symptoms. After waiting over an hour (it was not busy at all!!). She saw Dr. Daniel Elliot and let me tell you this doctor should be banned from treating patients. I walked out because he told me there was nothing I could do for my sick child, that I had to wait until she got worse. Then told me to let the muscus drain into her throat. She already has trouble drinking her bottle because of this. So no I am not going to wait until it gets worse. I am taking her to a different doctor who will not just brush off her symptoms and tell me to wait until she gets worse. I would NOT recommend anyone going here!
Feedback:
Absolutely worst customer service. Customers were left waiting in the hallway for at least a half hour. I called to see if they were going to open and Gary, the MA, told me they did not have a doctor on site so they could not open. I asked why customers were not notified, he told me that is just how it is. Then hung up on me. It is unbelievable that places like this can stay in business. On a normal day, when customers aren't waiting in the hallway, the wait is ridiculous and all staff is rude and un unprofessional.
Feedback:
If you have an urgent issue, go somewhere else. It's been almost 20 hours since my son was seen for an ear infection and I still can't get them to send his prescription into a pharmacy! I can't think of any reason a prescription for amoxicillin couldn't have been given to me to fill wherever we went? Instead my son had to suffer all night. Not to mention, we're from out of state and our insurance wasn't one they are used to. Instead of dealing with it in a professional manner the receptionist called several people, none of which was my insurance company, and loudly asked if she could tell us that they couldn't help us and to leave because she wasn't familiar with my insurance. Just do yourself a favor and go some place else, anywhere! It's bound to be better than this place!
