This is my local Pizza Hut I buy from here a lot But when I recently order there’s nothing that goes wrong everything goes perfect, this time the guy Who delivered my order took all my change as a tip when I had to told him to keep 3 dollars and give me the rest he gave me 5 dollars and left with the rest of my change my order was $28 and I gave him $40 to me that is super rude and Unfair. That is so unbelievable!!!

I have never done a review,but I'm Soo upset at what happened , Phone Service not great, I first called to place order and whoever answered automatically assumed I did not know English and told me to hold he will get someone to help. He didn't ask ,all he asked is carry out or delivery, then asked my name, put me on hold & with all Spanish announcements,which is fine I'm bilingual,but no one ever came to the line. Second time, I tried , I called , the woman that answered the call sounded very annoyed, which transmited through the phone. I've ordered from this Pizza hut all the time, never had this happened. So for customer service not good, food yes but not the service.

If there was a negative star that would have been my choice. Received a voicemail telling me they were going to accuse me of robbery because the employers are not smart enough to take a card payment through the phone plus the pizza was soggy and greasy worst pizza hut place ever !!! If I would have heard the voicemail before I called them back i wouldn't of made the payment I the firat place so unprofessional. Never usually take my valuable time on doing on review but this time it was just a need to let people know how crappy and unprofessional they were. And nasty pizza it was.
