Horrible management. Great prices, probably because theyre ripping people off. They charged me twice on my credit card, when I came back in to tell management and ask for my money, they told me they hadnt charged me at all, they didnt have my money. I showed them my bank account on my phone, they said to check back in 5-7days, that I hadnt been charged, and repeated that they didnt have my money at all that they hadnt been paid. When I told them I just wanted my money back, I didnt want my purchases, they then told me they didnt do that and if I didnt leave they were just calling the cops. I was there with my 6month old son, just buying some baby stuff. To be threatened to have the cops called on me just because I asked for what was mine, was suspicious. I ended up going to my bank and letting them know I did not authorize these charges. The man there was totally rude, he was very dismissive, basically treated me like I was lying even tho I had my bank info pulled up on my phone. Dont trust a thrift store with a smoke shop in it. Had lots of pipes & weed paraphernalia up from. Beware.

Pretty upset about this place today. Been coming here for couple years. Donated probably over 1000$ worth of stuff. Have always purchased stuff from here. Bought a high chair couple days ago took it home and apart to clean it to ir covered in mold. The straps and the back pad of the chair were completely covered. Went to return it and they told me they couldnt. Not only was it a safety and health issue do to its condition and meant for babies i couldnt believe they wouldnt refund me. So i left it there and they gladly took it to resale to someone else.i even asked like you guys dont. Check or clean anything. I will definately be call and reporting this place

Let me tell you today i went in the store with an arm full of clothes when the gal behind the counter told me i had to leabe my purse. behind the counter because it was shaped like a real backpack its half that size anywho im 50 yrs old and to shop they wanted to separate me from my 👛 i was so insultedd i did not even purchase the items i already wanted on the couter i am really mad i did need those clothes but this was going a little too far. I also noticed how they have seriously jijacked the prices d staff always early. Morning is very unproffesional snotty not nice or authentic worsed. Thrift in sacramento

Small Place, Decent Selection of goods like books, clothes, appliances, novelty items, etc. Found some used old racing game controllers for 12.00.20% discounts on rainy days is also nice, don't know how often this will be but is was a nice surprise. Also has a stamp promotion; 1 stamp for every $10 spent, collect 10 stamps for $5 off next purchase. Not a lot, but nice to have.Staff seemed pleasant and helpful. They also will not tolerate disruptive behavior or theft (thus surveillance cameras and supposedly tasers). Its kind of nice to know they have a solid expectation of service and security.If you are local or in the area and are looking for a small thrift store or used goods, try Family Tree. It might surprise you. (Just remember to be respectful there and you will have a good time)

I came in to look for a certain style of dress for a photo shoot, I found one in the costume section, even though it isn't an actual costume. I thought they were asking a little too much money for what it was, so I asked if they would be having a sale soon. The girl said no, but if I come back Monday thru Thursday from 9am to 11am, they have 20 percent off. This was not quite noon, on a Thursday. She wouldn't honor the sale, even though I overheard a conversation with someone who she had just given a discount on raffle tickets. Not very good customer service at all. I didnt know about the morning time sale, she could have honored it just the once. I won't be back, but I doubt they care.

The customer service was very rude and even after saying to the owner thats not christian like she laughed at me and said she aint christian well thats not a way to talk to a Veteran from the U S Navy she said that we smelled and are driving the customers away and would not sell anything to this lady that i had brought there cause i felt to do something for her but everyone was against me cleaning up this poor lady wow

I went into the store one of The employee told me no one Has claimed a raffle for the xbox one and Samsung 50 Inch Screen TV One of the Employee Girl's had took The paper away from the wall and I can see the numbers when I had 8 tickets to read out to see if I win So now she was trying to cover up what the other employee said So I'm gonna be calling the police department

I have lots of good things to say about this little store... Besides the fact that when you walk in, the employees ALWAYS welcome you verbally with great big smiles on their faces, it's very neatly maintained and their merchandise is reasonably priced. They also make shopping fun with their raffles and games. Here's my favorite thing about this store though, and it's a biggie... The clothing racks are actually organized according to size and clearly marked! (I know, right?) The girls are always busy and never just stand around doing nothing, which, on behalf of employers everywhere, I appreciate seeing. However, they are never too busy to help you or ring you up. All in all, it's a very nice place to shop and I highly recommend it if you're into thrift store shopping.

I bought a pair of pants for my daughter and a pair of cheap earrings from here. I like the set up of the store. I like that it is well organized. I like that it does not have a junky feel to it, that always overwhelms me. I like that it doesn't have an odd smell, like many 2nd hand/donation stores do. I like that the women that work there greeted me with a smile both times I came in. Its a store for everyone in your family. I saw a lot of good stuff in there. Go see for yourself.
