The team at New Leaf are skilled and mindful in the handling of patients with dental anxiety. I have gone through several dentists, without a positive experience the past 12 years in Vancouver. Dr. Wu and his talented staff are the first ones to provide me relief, and a plan to build positive experiences at the dentist. They helped me in an emergency situation situation earlier this year, and once again, they will fit me in to help an emergency need. They are the first and only place I thought of to go for true dental help. Thanks!

New Leaf gives you a great customer experience from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. The doctors are kind and go out of their way to minimize any discomfort. The other staff members are always cheerful and helpful. We (my family) have been going there for about 15 years. Our dental health is very good as a direct result.

Wonderful experience, the front desk receptionist was very sweet and friendly, we called in the morning and they got us in that same day, with little to no wait time when we got there. Dr. Wu is so polite and professional and informed us of all the details of the procedure being done and made us feel so comfortable. Having just moved to the area and this being the first clinic we’ve been to, it’ll definitely be the only clinic we go to!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sipes foe a number of years. Every visit is always fantastic. His crew are all very well educated, friendly, and care very much for the patient. They are always concerned for my comfort. Never have I had any discomfort from any procedure. they make you feel at ease.Dr. Sipes always has a smile and greets you very warmly but like a professional . .Always explains what needs to be done, answers any questions and thinks of my well being. Such a warm and caring man. I highly recommend Dr. Sipes and the entire staff.

I broke a tooth eating dinner and sent an email that evening to New Leaf. They called me in the morning before they opened and got me in the same day. I was able to move forward with treatment right away at my appointment, rather than having to come back. They strive to make sure that the experience is comfortable, and make adjustments as needed. They are not only professional, but genuine caring people. I highly recommend Dr. Wu and New Leaf Dental.

I've been going to New Leaf for years. Both dentists are fantastic! They have excellent bedside manner and are gentle and sensitive to your needs. The receptionists are also friendly and accommodating. I've seen three different hygienists. I LOVED two and one was ok, but no major complaints. Recently I started seeing Lindsey and I loved her. Very gentle, non lecturing, and sweet.

I would recommend this dental office to anyone. They are very professional, kind and do great work. I had Spies work on my teeth and he told me step by step everything he was doing. He made sure I had no pain by numbing with medicine on a cotton swab before numbing with the needle. He was pleasant to talk to as well. His assistant was great. Awesome place . Thank you so much.

The Dentistry at New Leaf is "second-to-none". I understand that that is the reason we go there. BUT, the level of comfort that the staff provides is right up there with a swank spa... bottle of water while you wait, blanket and neck roll to get comfortable in the chair, and yesterday I was offered earbuds and the Pandora station of my choice during a slightly longer than normal visit prepping for a Veneer. It is important that the Dental Work is good, and that is why I go there, but I highly enjoy all the creature comforts that come with it at New Leaf. I can't leave without saying that the staff are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Sipes, Dr. Wu and their staff are the BEST! They do the every day cleaning and caring with warmth and attentiveness using best practices. My entire extended family visits twice a year, and we are taken care of. They continue to set themselves apart by the way they handle the challenging problems. They are committed to you being happy, not just satisfied, but happy with the outcome, even if that means sending something back to the lab more than once. And the warm neck roll is always a treat!!
