Best hidden tea/organic herb garden I have ever come across! Stumbled across this place and spent easily 30 minutes just looking at everything they had to offer. Ended up purchasing some different teas that I now use very often. Cashier was extremely kind and approachable. Will be ordering more herbs online cause I don't live in the area 😊

Best. Tea/Herb. Shop. Ever. Eye love this place. Just went and picked up some Assam and realized I have not yet left a sterling review for this slice of heaven. The owner is magnificent and they always have what I want and the quality of their stock is amazing. I don’t go anywhere else for my tea and herbs. It’s a hidden gem 💎 but once you find it you will always know where to go 🌞

What a gem. The Secret Garden is an incredible destination for unique tea blends and high quality pure leaf teas. It's a small business owned by the kindest human you will ever meet (Kirsten), and her amazing spirit will brighten your day for sure! The Secret Garden is a must for tea connoisseurs as well as those just getting their feet wet. Meander into the shop, and find yourself surprised and delighted in the sensory treasures!

A really cool location with a variety of teas but, the tea just isnt that good. Maybe it was the leaves I bought but it took me 3 14minute steepings in boiling water to even get a hint of the rose tea I bought. These leaves are said to be locally sourced which is likely why prices are so high. I was disappointed when I realized this expensive tea was flavorless. I hope others have had a better experience than I

If you are remotely interested in tea stop by. Best way to find is from creekside. Now in springtime there are singing frogs living in and around the gorgeous trees and plants growing right up through the bricks in the alleyway.They have sample smell jars for every tea -- heaven. All (or most, not sure,) teas are organic. They carry Lapsang Suchong (organic) which is hard to find. The favorite from our last visit was the Caramel Pu-erh (organic) -- intensely flavorful.

This place is pure magic. It has tea for everything! Headache? There's a tea for that! Allergies? There's a tea for that! Can't sleep? There's a tea for that! Can't get that one song out of your head? (You know the one) There's (probably) a tea for that! Attacked by a rabid pack of racoons in the parking lot Wal-Mart? (If I had a nickel for every time that happened..) First off, go to the hospital and get your rabies booster, ensure you're clear of the virus, then head on downtown to The Secret Garden...I'm sure they have a tea for you.With names like Galactic Spice Groove, Namaste, TeaKO, and Baller Status Only (personal favorite - of the name and flavor), what's not to love? Head down there now, I'll probably see you there 😉.

Great place. The owner of the shop really knows her teas and she is very knowledgeable on herbs for various different ailments that you may have and she is able to make a customized tea for you to help alleviate symptoms. She has very good customer service and very empathetic to customer needs. There's a wide variety of teas to choose from and you would be able to find anything that you're looking for there. I suggest that you check her shop out and is very very cool.

My favorite blends are : Til' Sunbeams Find You, Poppy Persuasion, Galactic Spice Groove, and Rooty Soother. I would also recommend their creamed earl grey. They also have high quality culinary and medicinal spices; I would recommend their medicinal kava chocolates, coriander, curry mixes, and valerian root. Thank you Secret Garden for years of reliable and quality herbs.

I can't believe how many years I had tea from tea bags! The Secret Garden has an INCREDIBLE selection of REAL TEAS. So Yummy !! Kirsten and Erin are VERY friendly and Super Knowledgeable about Tea - and which Teas are best for this and that. A little tricky to find -- Get yourself to the corner of Higuera and Garden -- then look across Higuera for the Mission Mall -- Walk through the Mall "tunnel" of stores, go all the way back by the creek. Turn left and go about 20 feet - it's on your left. Can't recommend it enough -- So great.

The Secret Gardem is a really nice place to aqcuire delicious teas that are tailored to help with small health issues , sleeping, and/ or relaxation. The jars provide tasty and aromatic teas that everyone should have. The woman at the register is nice, helpful and welcoming. A definite location for those curious about tea or are obsessed with it.
