Feedback:
Ive been a customer of this establishment for years. I have seen this building go through many changes but the service has always remained great. Those that complain the drive through takes awhile. Well unlike reheating food in a microwave at mcdonalds, they cook the food fresh. And if you argue with me that mcdonalds doesnt microwave food. Well not all do but i have seen it with my own two eyes in a few of them.

Pretty good food, but staff is 50/50. Ordered the Carne Asada fries and went to ask the cashier lady about smoothies, but before I could finish speaking she cut me off with a passive-aggressive "I DONT KNOW" and kept fiddling with random things behind the counter. I nearly just turned around and left due to how impatient yet disinterested she was acting. Other staff members were cordial however, but she made my dine in experience one of the most uncomfortable. Probably ordering via drive thru from now on.

The food is delicious and the service is fast. They have a very large menu for all kinds of palates and preferences. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant itself is very inviting and pleasant to eat in (when it's not full). It does get busy and I recommend taking your food to go or going through the drive thru if it's busy, the place begins feeling a little small when it's packed with customers. As far as dishes, I recommend their wings. Absolutely the best item on the menu in my opinion.

Service was fast and the food was delicious! My only gripe with the place was that the 2 ladies working up front weren't paying too much attention to anyone other than the people who were ordering. I walked up to ask for a bag and just stood there for about 3 minutes watching them walk by me and not say anything. Didn't want to raise my voice but ended up having too. It was probably due to the amount of orders they were handling but still should be vigilant about their surroundings/customers. Other than that everything was fantastic!

Arrived there at 9:55 am to an open sign on. I walk up to the door thinking they are open early. Nope. The door was still locked so I said ok I got 4 minutes till official open time. 9 minutes later at 10:05 am still not open. Not a staff worker visible from outside if I cup my hands to the windows to look in. None behind the counter or cleaning tables. I waited an additional half a minute it was now 10:06 am and not open. Geuss they want me to give my money to other local competitors.

I would say that this is a well put-together Frosty King compared to the others. It is clean inside and they definitely love advertising what they have to offer. The interior is newer then the other Frosty Kings and there's plenty of room for seating and the staff is very friendly. I would have given it a five-star but there is still something that is lacking and I can't quite put my finger on it. I wasn't too impressed with the onion rings nor the hot fudge sundae. The hot fudge that they used seemed more generic than the rest. But I'm not going to make that the biggest deal considering that everything else was very good. The pastrami sandwich was amazing and just like the rest they are generous with their portions.

They had new staffing and employees were moderately inexperienced. And my fries were given to the wrong person and were cold. My shake did not have extra cherries even though it was written on the receipt.They forgot what order number my meal belonged to. Hence the french fries from before. I had to present my receipt which luckily I kept with me at all times. One of the customers was screaming at the cashier and was not thrown out immediately. She showed signs of mental illness. So security is clearly lacking. Nobody even dialed 911. Overall, this experience was the worse I had at the restaurant ever. However, since the employees are new, I will be coming back to see if they improve at all.

Out of all burger joints I've tried I have to say this place had the best food by far, from the burgers to the fries to the ice-cream. The burgers were cooked to perfection, so much flavor and the meat so juicy, we live over an hour away, but even tho the drive is long for sure I'll be coming back to this place, also the customer service is great, it's a really good place to bring the family, they have a lot to choose from. I hope this place puts Sonic out of business everything is way better.
