We needed Fire Watch Services last minute and I reached out to Fast Guard and the level of confidence, assurance, and attention to detail was amazing. Terrible experience at Mai Tai Miami on October 6th. The supervisor Ralph was disrespectful so you can expect no differently from the staff. He and some of his staff had the communications skills of 1st graders.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied,I was told to report to the HQ location to provide my availability for the class g training and I have had to constantly call in Hope's of getting some type of training or information related.not only did I waste my fuel to register for a class that doesnt even seem to exist but I also wasted my time following up and trying to get help.this company doesnt have thier stuff together.your better off looking for another security office

After finishing the application on indeed the next step was to go there any walk in. I tried calling them no one pick up. I decide to continue on and go there since it was open 24hrs. There was no one there when I ring the door bell. It was just a really bad experience
