I asked for them to make the bun extra toasty and light on the lettuce and when I got my order they gave it to me exactly the way I had asked for and when I first ordered my meal they asked if I would like my milkshake before or after my meal was ready and I said I would just take it right then and there.. and then once they called me up to get my order they handed me another milkshake. To live with integrity and honesty, I said "Hey you guys already gave me a milkshake before!" and they replied "It's okay don't worry about it". So yup, I got a free milkshake as well! Enjoy the little gifts of life..attitude of gratitude folks 🙏-Cameron

Hands down, my favorite restaurant to dine at. The food is always excellent! The last time my wife and I dined here I ordered the calamari which is the best I have ever had. It is served with 2 different sauces that are wonderful. It was cooked perfectly and came with creamy mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. The creme for dessert was perfect. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and attentive.

When I went to the store it was about 11:45 PM. There are a few people in line what I mean with people is cars because I went through the drive-through. I ordered the number one which is double cheeseburger with fries and a Coke. I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes until I got to the window I got my food. The person at the window was very nice and polite and asked me if I needed anything else. The food was cooked to perfection. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you very much

Was driving from San Francisco to Phoenix and wanted a place to stop at an in n out, was expecting to sit inside but alas that is not an option in this store, instead we had to eat in the car(was too hot to sit outside) and carry on our way without the much needed car relief. Its too bad especially since this place is so close to the highway. The food was delicious as usual from in n out!

Well besides the Obvious they Have the absolute best burgers and no matter what city your in you can expect the same service and the same delicious Burger..GOD has truly Blessed the owner I believe that man truly gave to GOD its the only place I know that has scriptures from the Bible on soda cups and fry trays, burger wraps. If there are new owners ...? Stay With God you'll never go wrong

A man was at the window when we walked up, in the phone, the employee came to the window and gave the man his change. The Man was still on the phone taking an order. I think the employee should have asked the man to step aside and let us order, come back when he was ready. Then, the employee takes his order and walks away without even acknowledging us. We had to wait until another employee came to the window.

This restaurant is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place. Whenever I feel like having a good meal, this is the place that comes straight to my head. very good and diverse food and a large list of dishes.trained staff, and nice mood. Not less important, the cost is fair. I sent my friends to this place with no hesitation.

Probably my favorite In-N-Out due to how fast and nice the service is. There is only outdoor seating and while there is no nice view it's still a great place to sit. If you don't like that there is also no shame in eating in your car (it's kind of a norm too). The weekends are the most packed for drive thru I don't recommend it, it's better if you just park and order at the window.

In-N-Out Burger is one of the few fast food restaurants in the area that never freezes mesh fresh meat products before Eclipse it. So the hamburgers that you eat near restaurant fresh. Shows up in the final product and how taste compared to other restaurants and burger that use beef that has been frozen before cooking. This location of In and Out Burger is directly across the street from a McDonald's which is right off of the 210 Highway. It is strange to see a restaurant such as in and out, be so much busier than McDonald's, which everyone knows could be an extremely busy and popular restaurants, worldwide.

Their food is always fresh and is quality product. That is why they always have lines in the drive through. The best time to arrive is right when they open. If you go during lunch time, you can expect a 20 minute wait in the drive through. Again, the quality food is worth the wait. They never get my order wrong and are friendly. The Azusa location has a few tables outside but no indoor seating. The parking is also limited. It's a small location. They would benefit if they remodeled and used the extra surrounding land that is just dirt right now. On a different note, their animal style fries are delicious!
