Delicious salad, acai and wrap place with a whole separate vegan menu. The staff was so nice and the food was truly delicious!!Try their basil honey sauce if you get a salad! more

I’ve always loved this place but was appalled when, yesterday, I drove up to find it jam PACKED during lunch hour, and many of the patrons were not wearing masks...please be more considerate of social... more

I’ve always loved this place but was appalled when, yesterday, I drove up to find it jam PACKED during lunch hour, and many of the patrons were not wearing masks...please be more considerate of social distancing. I did not go into the restaurant, so I did not see what boundaries/precautions were being implemented, but it’s clear they weren’t being followed. The door was being held open at one point because of crowd overflow.

This place is good, but the customer service and time it takes to do anything is more ridiculous than the way Trump works. They put you on hold for 20 minutes if you do a call in order, and constantly get it wrong. I’ve eaten here maybe 7-8 times in the last month or so and every time has gotten worse. Wether it’s screwing up the order or saying the food will be ready in 10 minutes, when in reality it’s a 25 minute wait for anything. Every one of my friends has stopped eating there because of these reasons and I’m following suit. It’s such a shame because when they get the order correct it is a good meal, but the chances of you getting that are slim to none.

I absolutely love the menu here. It’s just too bad that the food takes forever. I was just there where there were at least 10 workers I could see and half are just walking around and my food took 20 minutes because only one guy is actually working. I could here them laughing in the back while I waited for my Togo. I work in restaurants and if I wanted to wait that long I would go to a sit down restaurant. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

Food is 5 stars but the service is a 2. The staff is rarely friendly, they act like it’s a problem if u ask a question. Waited out front for the restaurant to open, and when they did they came and unlocked the door. Didn’t bother to open it, didn’t bother to greet you. The food is right but the customer service and hospitality isn’t there.

This place is awesome. Super healthy if you're looking for a light, yet filling meal. My wife and I split one salad and even I felt satisfied after. You must try their vegan oreo cookies!! The staff was super friendly, they were kind enough to split our salad into two bowls for us since we were sharing. Also they had Connect 4 which kept us pretty entertained. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a gourmet salad.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. My friends and I used to eat here religiously. I'm not sure if they have new ownership, but the past couple of months the service has SUCKED and the food has been decent but not great. Today we decided to give it another chance. We CALLED beforehand to see if there was a long wait because the online ordering said it would be an hour. They told us it was completely dead and there was no wait. It took her FIVE minutes to get there because we work in the plaza over from them. They told her it would be a long wait and were just so rude about it. Not only that but the facility smells like absolute garbage ALL THE TIME and the employees do not know the definition of customer service. Save your money and don't buy this overpriced lettuce and fruit. Not worth it. Get it together, you guys have potential.

I had a horrible day yesterday until I entered FOG. I absolutely love this place ! I came here yesterday and the vibe was so comforting. I met a young lady Anna and she was so helpful. Bubbly little thing. The staff were so cheery and greeted me with smiles and the acaì bowls we're to die for.. love the root trail, Anna suggested because it's a little mix between sweet and salty. She also suggested the pesto chicken in which she made for me, also very delicious. I was only going to get a to go order but the staff made it so easy to just stay and unwind after a long hard day. Thank you guys ! I will be returning !

Staff is amazing Food is really fantastic I ordered online to I could pick up my order When I got there food and order could not be found Staff phoned around to see if it went to another store. I had proof it was submitted Staff phoned manager. Manager told them to give me my order. So I had to wait almost 40 minutes for my food Staff was so apologetic they felt so badly. After the manager said to make the order the owner called back and insisted I pay again. They had to find me outside finally leaving w my food I received no apologies from the owner. *UPDATE* owner phoned me and apologized acknowledged mistakes where made.

For God’s sake PREP MORE SMALL AÇAI BOWLS PER DAYYYYYYY. This is the 14th time I walk in to order a lil root trail, only to be told that they ran out and need another 2-3 hours to prep and freeze more. RIDICULOUS!!!!They always seem to have the large size available tho! Clearly the smaller size is more popular, doesn’t take a genius to figure that out so WHY NOT JUST PREP MORE SMALL BOWLS?!!!!! I won’t pay $10 for the large one because I just won’t eat it, I will throw half away because it’s just too big for an Acai bowl.So every time I came it and was told I couldn’t purchase what I wanted, you lost a sale! And to be honest, I’m tired of going out of my way to drive here only to be constantly disappointed so at this point you have lost me as a customer.
