Feedback:

Really disappointed with Scooby the manager. Came in with my cartridge pen which was malfunctioning. I walked into the store with the vape cartridge still in the pen itself. He told me rudely you can't have that in the store. I understand that it is against the rules. He tested the vape pen itself and and it was good. Then he asked me for my cartridge in the store right after he rudely told me to put it away. He wanted it so he could step outside to try it. Then came back in walked right to where the vape pen I bought was. Grabbed it off the shelf then went to hand it to me, asked if I had the package. I said No. He said there's nothing I can do for you bro. Came back 20 min later and he was gone. He told his employee to give me a new one no problem. Don't understand the unprofessionalism he showed. Love this store and it's staff but because of this I will not be going back.
