Not really sure what happens I did a debit for I have a gram joint it's a budtender seem cool but she kept my receipt brought it up and kept it in her hand once I saw how much she charged me from my bank account I went back to the store and said you can I get the receipt all the sudden half-gram pre-roll is $10 and they owed me change all of a sudden. I'm from out of town and definitely won't be coming back here ever again

I have some pretty deep knowledge of psychopharmacology, but have never been very interested in the countless iterations of Cannabis. In short, I have a solid BS detector and the two young men who helped me had an answer to every question. They were passionate about certain products and excitedly volunteered information that was very interesting to learn. There was no pressure to purchase anything at all, their selection was vast and I was impressed with much these guys enjoyed what they do.

Real sad when the staff comes out screaming And cussing out people walking by for an accidental peeing on their sign. I wasn’t looking and when I noticed I told my dog no. But proceeded to be screamed at by the staff member. Glad I have never been here before and glad I will never spend my money here in the future. I’ll also be sure to tell all my friends about it. Hopefully the manager finds time to tell their staff how to properly address an issue. Especially if it was an accident and they didn’t even hear someone trying to correct it. Really sad, especially in times like these for someone to be so disgusting.

As an Oregon Medical Cannabis Card holder and an Adult over 21, I found Oregon's Finest to be the best in customer service, to have the best aesthetically pleasing environment, great selection of products for patients to choose from to meet their needs, a great location, and competitive prices compared to all other dispensaries that I’ve been to in America thus far.

During a recent outdoor purchase (due to COVID-19) on April 25th in the late afternoon, a female employee charged us prices that were 25% higher than what was listed online and in-store. We never received a receipt and thought the entire exchange was unprofessional as we had purchased from this location before.We called later that day to address the issue and another employee named Matt responded and was incredible professional and full owned and dealt with the situation. Just wanted to give a public kudos to Matt.

Bad review for the management!! The greeter and budtender were very bright and happy to serve though, the greeter asked for my ID and I explained that I just lost it here In Portland I showed her a copy and she directed me to a window, the bud tender asked what he could serve me with after I told him what I wanted he told me it must be my lucky day because it was their last of that strain I was very happy until the management walked up me and as I was about to receive my purchase she told my that my copy was unacceptable and refused to serve me, Veteran disabled truckdriver who just delivered PPE to the children's hospital was rejected by management for only having a copy of his drivers license, I just lost and unable to get replacement due to BMV being closed but the state police recognized my copy and so did another chain of dispensaries who completely understood and thanked me for my service and sacrifice during this crisis...

Pros: Great service (staff answers all your questions, knowledgeable about product) and amazing selection. Welcoming. Cons: TERRIBLE music! Pricing reflects the high-end neighborhood so not a cheap adventure. Update: Thank you to the owner for the response. To clarify, when I say terrible I meant that as a student and performer of music it just seems untoward to be surrounded by fellow white people in a predominantly white, upper-class neighborhood as the N-word blasts repeatedly over the sound system.

Literally the best quality buds you will find in town- the higher price is worth it. Unfortunately the service and staff standards have really declined. I tend to buy in bulk, spending $125+ every visit & yes I tip ($300+ when they have the specific strain I want). When ringing up for my local discount (live 1 block away) new gal was rude & added "well I've never seen you here before soooo...." & was adamant about not giving me the discount. Another time before that I came into the store first, then held the door open for a group of 5 people (who were clearly only going to make 1-2 transactions). Even though it was obvious I had arrived first, the guy at the front desk turned me away because they could only do one more transaction before closing??? really wanted to pull a pretty-woman on him. Skipped over a bulk customer (who arrived first) for some people who maybe spent $30-40 for a night of fun. Most staff are friendly, & sometimes that guy smiles, but most days it seems like he hates his job. I decided to stop shopping there after being loyal to that location/chain for 4 years. High staff turnover. Changing my review from 5 to 2 stars after all this time.

I haven't been here since rec became legal and I'll tell you whyThey were comparatively overpriced even for the amount of help you can recieve choosing the right products (if they aren't busy, in which case they try to rush you through. If you have anxiety like I do that's not ideal)Most importantly, I kept getting stuck with an employee who made me deeply uncomfortable with sexual jokes and the likeExample: I had gotten Durban Poison and expressed it was a favorite strain. This employee looked at me lasciviously before saying, "You love that DP, huh?" and then laughed at my surprised face.The last time I went in I had this employee 'helping' me. Near the end of my purchase he looked at me and said, "You sure you have enough money for this, little lady?"I should not have to explain how and why that's wildly inappropriate and not how you treat a customer.I haven't been back since.

I was on vacation from Nor Cal, I used to live in Portland and miss it deeply! And I was on a mission to hit up most of the dispensaries once I got there, came across this awesome shop! Upon my arrival I went in checked in, was smooth sailing went to the back and mentioned my issue, “neuropathy pain.” the guy behind the counter was super nice and showed me a pretty spendy topical, I went ahead and purchased it! And so far it’s been awesome! The shop is super clean, friendly employees. And everything was great I snagged a few stickers because why not? I will be visiting again on my next vacation. Check this place out! It’s super awesome!
