Absolutely DO NOT USE this establishment. The door help is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and should NEVER be permitted to work in customer service again. The antagonist and aggressive nature of the staff make violence and assault very likely in this location and it's parking. AVOID FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY. It is just a shame Mary Jane's is across the street... Now it suffers also because a horrid outift set up shop across the street. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!Amateur Hr This heavy set African American lady denied me servce, after checking my I.d, for a second time. due to my license being cracked, although I've been there, literally dozens of times. The security guard who checked my i.d before let me in, easy, until she had a problem with what felt like me. POOR MANAGEMT. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!! If you want GREAT customer EXPERIENCE and BETTER PRODUCT FOR BETTER PRICES!! MAINSTREET MARIJUANA makes these guys look like a trap house 🏠. Overpriced one in my opinion. Coming from a once LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Today was my first day in and was excited to see that they sold Green Haven products. To me Green Haven is the best grower in Washington state. The staff seemed to be friendly and helpful. The one thing that I was surprised about is the lack of social distancing and the staff not wearing face masks. Other than that, it was a great experience. I will go back again for sure.

This shop always has fairly priced flower, edibles and concentrates. The bud tenders are always helpful and friendly. They give suggestions, which many times are more budget friendly for whatever outcome you desire. Personally, I am chasing pain mitigation. I have always been happy with my in-store experience. The online ordering experience was a bit of a kurfuffle my first try but management was excellent and made things right...even helping me out with my last two visits both the bud tenders and I forgot about the punch cards. I already feel this is my prefered shop but the response to the online order goof sealed the deal. I purchase flower by the ounce to make tinctures and salve, as it's far more budget friendly when you make your own. I have also purchased sativa and indica edibles here and they always have the best prices on those. This last time I gave RSO a shot for the first time...after a bud tender recommended it for help with sleep while I'm dealing with possible torn meniscus, chronic back pain and auto-immune pain. They can be difficult to catch the first time by, if using maps. If you are exiting five-hundred, heading west, onto Andreson, you simply take the first right onto Fourth Plain, and then the first parking lot entrance is the glass side of the business, while the second parking lot entrance on the right is the cannabis sales side. This is a great bud shop.

Traveled to Vancouver from Tacoma, WA for a mini vacation and to shop for houses in the area. Stopped by Fire and Frost to pick to check out the store because the store wasn't there in 2016 when I lived in Vancouver last. Great store Friendly Friendly staff. Budtender suggested a $15 gram of Cannabis Oil from EPIC Cannabis Co. which he seemed to have experience that it was a better lab processed product from a long time grower they buy from. Take this review that I am 40 years old and a 1/2-1 gram of oil a day smoker. I work from home and use it medically or otherwise all day every day. Just got home and smoked one dab of Juicy Cherries. The taste is awesome and I am more stoned off one dab than I have been in quite a dang while. As I sit here writing this review and rambling on good. Good call Post Malone looking dude in there you sold me some fire and Ba Ba Boey Howard Stern I am stoned.

I get migraines, and after asking my friends who actually smoke they recommended me to get a CBD tincture (cost wise, 30+ dollars) not knowing any better, I explained what was up with the migraines and what I was recommended, and was actually taken to something cheaper instead of bring taken advantage of for my ignorance, instead being recommended an RSO, ~11 dollars cheaper and apparently more bang for my buck. I really appreciate the honesty here, even though I'm not someone who smokes weed at all, the atmosphere was very welcoming and I'll definitely come back if I need to.

Decent selection and nice staff but im confused as to why the 20% off coupons are actually 10% I'm pretty sure im not that bad at math to where 20% off of 100 is 80 but I walked out with 90 and even asked if I misremembered the percentage off and he assured me that it was 20% percent off. I'm not at a loss for 10 dollars but I don't like liars or shady business's, I'm also not implying that you are liars or a shady business, I just feel confused and possibly misinformed about how cannabis shops offer discounts.

I used to be a customer of "The Herbery" until they changed management, staff, atmosphere and became a terrible place to shop...Fire and Frost is my new GO TO! Great atmosphere, great customer service, friendly staff and good selection of products. I usually know what I want, but on the occasions that I can't make a selection they usually have really good recommendations... I would recommend checking this place out for yourself! Come here rather than The Herbery!!!

Its not often that I walk into a store and come out smiling. Usually, there is this guilt about making a purchase you probably could have done without. That did NOT happen here. I came out smiling ear to ear and happy with everything I bought. Amazing store and selection. AMAZING staff (including some of the most gorgeous men in Vancouver 😂) and an all around great experience.

I’ve been here a handful of times, but WOULD NOT consider this dispensary my “go-to” for flower and/or oil THC products. Products are priced fairly; just like any other dispensary you go to here in Clark Co. If you’re wondering why I rated this dispensary 3 stars was because of: quality of products I’ve been receiving, (even with the bud-tenders glorifying how great the product is) to come home test it out to become extremely disappointed with the amount of money I’ve spent for the quality of flowers/oil I received. I could be wrong, but, I feel like the bud tenders here will push weak products that they can’t sell on you just to get rid of it.
