Exceptional safety measures made me feel protected and reassured me that I was not risking my own or anyone else's life for what might appear as indulgence but is very much essential for my self image. Imari was professional and personable and is amazingly fast with foil wraps. I feel extremely fortunate to have been able to book an appointment! Thank you!!

$150 for absolutley nothing except drying my highlights out and sitting for two 1/2 hours. Not friendly and I will NEVER Return or recommend to anyone. Service was done in September 2019 by lmari. So, I wanted my white hair covered and nothing was done for that. Ended up broke when done so couldn't afford to have it done right. I ended up buying a $3 box of dye and covering the white. What a waste of money coming here. I am very upset and feel cheated.

I have been here a couple times and I always get my hair done with Imari. She is wonderful. She always is so transparent with me and gets me either right where I need to be or on the track towards it. I’m someone that likes to change their hair a lot so sometimes my ideas can be a little far fetched but Imari never ceases to support and hear my ideas and let me know exactly what we can do to get there. I couldn’t of asked for more out of a hair stylist. She is one of the friendliest and nicest people I’ve ever done business with. Highly recommend FireFly Atelier and HIGHLY recommend Imari.

I moved to Vancouver last year and hadn't cut my hair since moving. I was scared I wasn't going to find anyone I loved as much as my old stylist. Bryanna was recommended by some people in a FB group and they said she was "fantastic" so I gave her a try. She was super sweet, listened to what I wanted, gave me some advice, went to work and BAM! I walked out with a fantastic cut that I absolutely love and new stylist that I love just as much, as my old one in CA! Thanks, Bryanna! Can't wait to see what we try next!

SO happy I called and was able to go in for a same day appointment and got Erika.. she was amazing. She knows exactly what kind of haircut I wanted and the hair color and balyage she did is awesome. This is the first time I have gotten this kind of care ad attention to my hair, like i didnt feel i was getting rushed and i my hair mattered. Im so satistified with the outcome and will be a customer for life, because of Erika's work. The salon itself looked to posh and chic...i love it.

Reminder: your hair needs love. Where do you find love? At Home. Here you were greeted w/a smile, offered something to drink. A pace to sit down. You felt the ease set in. As Kelsey, listened to your wants, hopes, and dreams for ur hair. She had to undo years off neglect in only a few hours. How? With a flip of a comb, & a wave of brush... my hair was restored to its natural habitat. as It felt like a wish granted. I floated on air out of their home I received a hug, & welcomed back to their home.

This is not a good salon to go to if you have curly hair. The products they used on my hair left me walking out the door a frizzy mess, and they completely butchered the hairstyle I asked for. They don't understand that curls shrink when your hair dries, and my hairstyle ended up being several inches shorter than what I asked for. The entire experience was just frustrating, and I left in tears. I will not be back, and I don't advise anyone else who doesn't have stick straight hair to go here.

I was trying to get my hair done last min, and Kelsey luckily was able to get me in while still working around my schedule. I was wanting the warmth taken out of my hair and get a soft look. She new exactly what to do! Not only did she do great work! But she offered great company as well! So fun to talk to! I definitely would recommend going to see her!

After recently moving to Vancouver I needed a new stylist. I hit the jackpot with Deborah Grams. She cut a great style for me. I can wake up and run wet fingers through my hair and go in no time. If I spend a few more minutes it's almost as good as from the salon. She was fun, talented and creative. I took a chance and lucked out.

I made a last-minute appt for my adult niece after reading raving reviews. Rachel got us in same day. She LISTENED to what my niece wanted and did an absolutely incredible job. She totally rocked it!
