Time and time again, I find myself wanting to praise my favorite dispensary... and now with the pandemic I am especially grateful for their delivery service. And yes, the driver was masked and safe! The staff continues to always make sure I am happy - honestly, their customer service is beyond great.. Lots of good products and the prices always the lowest - to go anywhere else just doesn't make sense.

FireHaus is a company that cares about its clients and Vendors. Tom the owner is down to earth, Hardworking, up front, and straight forward in every situation. FireHaus makes a point to check in on clients when they enter the building, which I admire. Tom runs a good business. Unfortunately I’ve only worked with him but I’m sure his employees here are as great. The business is amazing! Honest, communicative, and noteworthy They pay attention to their clients and vendors, which is essential in this industry. I recommend FireHaus to anyone looking for quality. Thank you for being an awesome business owner in LA Tom.

I love it here. For me, it really comes down to the staff and how you're treated when you speak to someone behind the counter. The staff rock it out of the park here. They're kind and friendly, informative and helpful. Julio helped steer me in the right direction and took wonderful care of me. I won't need to go anywhere else from now on - this is my spot!

Let me just put it in "hood" terms. I PHUX WIT' FIREHAUS. YA HEARD ME? Shout out to Tom the owner, and his awesome staff. Tom has been friendly and accommodating, since the first time I met him, and even when he isn't there, I have only had good experiences with those that he leaves to "mind the store". I honestly feel like family, when I visit. I highly recommend you do business with this establishment.

FREEEEE DELIVERY!!!!! I came to Los Angeles for a business trip and couldn’t make it to any dispensary’s so I wanted some edibles, pre-rolls and some disposable pens. FIREHAUS had it all. I ordered and Quickly received a phone call from Andrew, he informed me that he had received my order and would be here ASAP. He arrived quick and even called me to let me know he was close so I could meet him in the lobby. Quick and Efficient service!!!! Appreciate all the help!!

My husband and I visited here a couple days ago and originally loved it. The customer sevice during our first visit was first class. My husband even got some birthday freebies which was very nice of them. There was a minor hiccup in our last visit and all I want to say is....these guys are the perfect example of high quality customer service. They are fair and strive to keep customers happy. Omar was great to deal with and went out of his way for my husband and I. They have great products and awesome employees. They have earned another loyal customer here. Feel confident in stopping by here for your future purchases. Highly recommend. They have great parking as well, another plus!

This place was fantastic, I just flew in from the DC area and though I have been smoking for years DC is just not as caught up with cannabis reform. Yes it is basically legal and less risky to possess but I have never had the chance to visit a dispensary. When I walked in to Firehaus I was greeted by extremely friendly staff and once I was in the back room I was introduced to Tom and Eric who took the time to show me some different suggestions which all looked and smelled amazing. After talking a bit more Tom went out of his way to make sure I was all set for my time out here. I will definitely be going back.

Very high! price! And sad how patient are treated. I recommend WONDERLAND it's downtown La look them up you will definitely get your bucks worth quality is on point! This place is horrible. Different staff charge different prices i had two recites same product changed up tge price on me sad! I'm a local in the area and will not support your bizzz do to rudeness and price changing up when your staff likes to. 🙏✌🙏

Excellent place...Nicest service...and knowegeble staff..I highly recommend this establishment on the Westside...Always a fun time..and best selection...Cant say enough about how good this place is..makes you feel comfortable and at ease...Famous people show up and lots of venders giving deals weekly....you wont want to ever miss out!..Been always Happy with everything here!!!one of the few places in LA where the owner actually cares. And always does the right things!!! Second to none..Always the best!
