This place I had a first time great experience despite the long line because of Covid restrictions. Was able to get in and out in a well organised manner. Staff was really friendly! I am not going to give them a four because they had a problem with making sure the right people were in their original order a couple different times. As to believe the worker who was processing people in the que might of been new. But great selection and great service! Disclosure: they do have things like edibles that they might not have posted on their website so upon your visit ask especially about their edible selection! Thank you FSC for your services!

But the real pain is how often their credit card machines are "down". They do have an atm (for $3) but it is usually also "down" as well. Machines have been down for MORE THAN A WEEK

Generally have a good variety of different products. Generally friendly staff. There is usually a wait, but it has improved since the other dispensaries opened. I always end up visiting during the wrong growing cycles because sometimes I can't get the strains that work best for my condition. It would be nice if they improved their packaging, and offered more deals. (If buying tablets I have to have someone else open them for me, and transfer into a different container, and ziplock bags are a PIA.) Most convenient location to the city of Wilmington.

I haven't used my card yet my disability makes it hard for me to get to you I don't drive would like to know if you are going to deliver to I have my Delaware card. Nice if I can get a ride with someone who has a card also.Well I've been going and its a nice place, good medicine, I had to update my review, to bad people can't talk to each other.

Great staff! Awesome medicinal marijuana products. A little pricey but worth it in the long run. Edit: prices have come down and with the discount, really are the best prices in the area. I wish they had some variety within the different products. For example, I wish they had strain specific cartridges available, instead of the “Sativa”, “Indica”, or “1:1” options, as well as strain specific other types concentrates. The staff is very knowledgeable and are more than willing to share their professional and personal experiences with different strains or products. One recommendation I have that I have seen other states do, is put all the info (THC/cbd %, terpene profiles, etc) on the side or in an area that can be saved instead of having to be ripped off (where the stickers are placed now it has to rip off the content so you don’t know what it is any longer unless you relabel it). Also, some other states put the terpene profiles on each product with their %. Is that possible?? That information is so much more valuable than just THC 81%. Just saying :)

I can't believe what they have been getting away with. But when your sick and in pain you sometimes have to do things your not proud of. For the price they charge there is absolutely no reason why their products should not be top of the line all the time. It really upsets me knowing that the condition you need to be in to even get a De med card, and also the way they run that Wilm location. Seeing very sick people standing out in the freezing cold cause they would only let 1 person in at a time, (witch is totally understandable but have a waiting area for them).Step your game up F.S.C! You are making plenty of $.

Edit 8-2-18 to raise to five stars:There has been a consistent rise in product availability (another store opened in the state, no doubt easing the strain) new strains available, new products, and! NEW EARLY HOURS.Literally the only things that kept my review from being five stars. Well done guys. I love y'all. 💜****The people are excellent. The product is good. The only reason I can't rate it five stars is the availability of product and the hours. While it's great they're open later for people who work, I would love it if they'd open earlier!The product availability will ease as they open more stores. They're supplying the entire state at this point, it's difficult to keep everything available, I get that!The staff is absolutely AMAZING though. Cannot give them enough praise. I've been a patient there for over a year and have noting but good words for all of them. (Honestly this was up for two months and no one let me know my phone autocorrected there to they're!?)

How DARE this dispensary call themselves compassionate when they can’t even keep themselves In stock with flower. The excuse for this was they they have “more” of everything else, and by that I mean $70 a G wax. Unacceptable. You know how price gouged everything is so don’t even consider that an acceptable answer. You call yourselves a health clinic but if you can’t provide sufficient services during operation you NEED TO BE CLOSED. This is people’s health you’re not considering and you know this. Will unfortunately continue to be a patient until regulation laws are altered to where it actually benefits the patients. CHANGE IT. NOW

I've been approved for program & attending for nearly a year. Marijuana (i.e. weed) strains, spectrum of benefits, dispensing methods, potencies, affects, etc. is a SERIOUS learning process for me! Most of the clerks are really helpful in selecting what might be good for you if you're willing to be transparent about why you're there... My bummer: it's kinda like a discount/overstock store - find something great today; it won't be there when you return in 2 weeks😒. There's a strong suggestion to get as much of what you like while it's there because you'll never know when the item will return. Staff may suggest to call day of arrival to confirm what's available. Thats not the best option for me because I rarely drive (transportation service must be scheduled 24-72hrs in advance). Overall, this is a better option for someone like me who is highly sensitive and/or allergic to most pharmaceutical meds. Word of caution to the light-weights like myself, this stuff is POTENT... knock your socks off & lay you down... Or fly you to the next galaxy! Be prepared and go slow, maybe slower 🐌

Security and policies are illogical. Some staff are great but there are some others where their "compassion" leaves much to be desired. Part/whole owners are ex-law enforcement and it seems the stereo-typical biases you see from some officers are applied to customers. Security guards are woefully inconsistent and contradictory in their policy administration. Additionally, show and employment of force around the area, including Elsmere, for the smallest of infractions, and will find customers paying fines on top of product costs. For procuring clinically proven medicine, the incentive is not enticing to support legislative compliance.
