I’ve been going to Innermovement for a little over 2 years now: That being said I’ve been able to find the combination that works best for me. For massages I see Andreja, chiropractic Dr. Pete and acupuncture Kevin. This seems to be the trio that works best for me. Andreja: She focuses mainly on my TMJ and my right shoulder blade. She’s the only one in the office that specializes in TMJ and does incredible neck work. Applied pressure is a big one for me when it comes to massages. She always checks in to see if I need more or less which I appreciate. Basically, Andreja is great lol so check her out. Pete: I’ve been to my fair share of chiropractors and Pete tops all of them. He takes the time to evaluate my problem areas and concerns which makes me feel more comfortable prior to the adjustment. He specifically does a traction adjustment which is something I’ve never had done, but it’s heavenly and it takes a great deal of pressure off the nerves in my spine/ neck. I’ve been struggling with my back for awhile now and since being adjusted by Pete I’m starting to see changes and decreased pain. Kevin: Extremely patient and calming. I go to Kevin for more isolated issues. For example, if my TMJ is acting up or if I strained something in my neck. My mom sees him for digestion issues and her sciatic issues. You really can’t go wrong will any of the doctors/ massage therapists within the office. You just have to find what works for you!
