Feedback:

I cannot figure out this internet thing too well cause I am old but I wanted to address a recent review I read of this company that I have been shopping at for almost a year since they opened in December 2017. The review was this one:=========================================================Jim B1 reviewa day ago-How hard is it when a customer walks in and wants a really good buzz for a budtender to say "Oh man, you gotta try this or this" More times than not they seem stumped. 30 plus jars is an absurd amount of choices. Perhaps too many for the budtenders to really know about. The budtenders seem to want to explore your current psychological make up. Let's not make something that it isn't, all they're selling is a buzz. I wound up driving to Tsunami is Seaside. Can't go here any more. Big company dispensaries are not the way to go.==========================================================Your first sentence is confusing. There hasn't been a single time that I have either gone in myself or been inside and heard a customer ask for something along that line and each and every Budtender knew right where to go. If it is a "buzz" you are seeking, and just a buzz, maybe you should go to the bar. Also, maybe you did not even ask a conceivable question. "All you sell is a buzz" is a direct statement from your own post. Do you even KNOW all the health benefits that cannabis has to offer? I can guarantee you do not even know about the compound in cannabis called CBN. Thanks to the amazing budtenders at this location I now do. They are all VERY well educated in all fields of the cannabis realm from flowers to edibles to topicals and tinctures and all other extraction processes. Now, you talk down about the amazing selection of flower that this shop has as we ll...."Too many for the budtenders to really know about"?? I can guarantee you that each of those budtenders knows far more about any phenotype (did you know that word? Because they taught me that one too along with terpenes) than you could possibly conceive. I will leave you with this: Five Zero Trees takes the craft cannabis industry extremely serious. The budtenders are very knowledgeable, not to mention friendly and extremely helpful. If you KNOW what you are looking for, or are willing to take the time to listen to one of them. Maybe they were trying to help you find the best cannabis for you. The cells in your body that process cannabis effect everyone differently. What may get you a "buzz" may not get someone else a buzz because their body will process the cannabis components differently. Before you go talking down about a company because they know more than you, do some research. If anything, your low attempt at giving a business a poor review just showed how much better they are than all the other shops. It's good to know that there are stoners working in your other shops that know what will get you a "good buzz". But when I want actual help, knowledge, COMPASSION... I will not look past Five Zero Trees, The Cannon Beach, Astoria and every single Portland location I have visited has been the same. This company looks to actually help people. If you weren't aware: this business was medicinal before the recreational switch and still uphold the beliefs and values of the therapeutic benefits cannabis has to offer. One Last Thing Jimbo...You stated "More times than not they seem stumped"....you have gone in there enough to make this statement, or did you go one time, ask a stupid question and then leave? The only time I have seen any of the budtenders stumped while I have been shopping is when someone comes in thinking they know everything about cannabis but in reality all they know is that there is Indica and Sativa strains and that they have a THC and CBD count. Which, I bet you didn't even know that THC and CBD are just three letters from the original word because most people (I assume you can be included in that group) cannot say the word: Tetrohydrocannabinoid (and even I may have gotten THAT wrong),
