They make everything as smooth as possible. Answers questions to the best of their knowledge and aren't afraid to point out other products that might help me better for what I'm looking for. Nothing but good vibes from this place. Even though there's a few dispensaries by my place I'd rather make that 15/20 min drive to come here. Thank you all for being so helpful and kind.

I came in fully prepared to purchase items, my boyfriend was withdrawing cash from the ATM, I already had cash so I asked Sam (glasses, long hair) who was supposed to take our order, about their hand pipes. I was interested in the beverages also, and I wanted to know about them. I also asked about a few more products, from which Sam became very irritated. My boyfriend inquired about products that were more affordable which made the guy more annoyed. He charged my boyfriend for two pipes, a quarter and an eighth and then waved us off, not asking me, if I intended to get anything. Rushing us out of the door. So I left. I went to down the street, to NUG and made my purchases there. Sam H., not a very lit dude.

I know that I am a creature of habit, But as far as I’m concerned; if it ain’t broke don’t try to fix it. I’m partial to Florin wellness Center there bud tenders LOL are the bomb and they always have bomb product and they are always polite and happy to see me like I’m happy to see them LOL! Seriously if you wanna capable and competent cannabis dispensary flooring wellness center is your thing. Much love bud tenders!

FWC is my go-to dispensary and perhaps one of the best in the area. They have a good selection of products, knowledgeable staff and ample parking.UPDATE: I’m giving Florin Wellness Center one star due to horrible customer service.I went to the dispensary looking for a specific brand, which they were out of but would be restocked and on the shelves the following morning. When I got there Saturday morning, a very rude young man told me my stuff wasn’t going to be stocked until the next day, basically “Oh well sorry you wasted gas.” Sorry FWC, but YOUR JOB, your reason for existence, is to serve US. Hopefully this inspires some change in the establishment but I won’t be back and I encourage others to stay away as well.

I love Florin wellness! They are always friendly and I never have to wait long, even when the line is long. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest about the products. I've had many great recommendations. They keep their inventory stocked better than any other place I've been to. Consistent always. Thank you florin wellness. I'll be back soon!

Drove 15 miles specifically for the early bird 25% off promotion that they "abruptly cancelled yesterday".Last time I an getting burned at this place. Other times I bought a 5 pack or pre rolls and got home to open an empty pack. Plenty of times I would call ahead after the website was updated an hour, two or three ago to confirm they had what I was looking for is in stock, and was disappointed upon arrival.Some budtenders know what they are doing, but a good lot of them do NOT know what they are talking about. I also feel they make recommendations based on old stock that has to sell rather than what the patient is asking for.The place inside is nice clean and organized, but it's not enough to save FWC from me returning.I went to Perfect Union after the FWC sale snub and they made up for FWC and gave me an additional discount. Now there is a fine dispensary that is always consistent and cares about the clients.

I love spending time inside Florin! The budtenders are all fun-loving and happy and everyone is always in such a good mood! They take the time to get to know their customers and their personal tastes, so everyone gets an individual experience! They have a great selection of flower and vapes of all kind, including Heavy Hitters. As a Brand Ambassador for Heavy Hitters, I get to spend time here once a month bringing customers information and promotions! It is always a nice time, the budtenders are easy to talk to, customers are always taken care of, and there is overall a happy vibe in this shop! The natural lighting inside doesn’t hurt either! Florin wellness center is a great place to buy weed and it’s just right off the freeway!

Got some CBD oil for my dog who is blind. This was for the 4th. She actually settled right down before the noises started. It is worth every penny. Her stress level went from outrageous to about a 2. The staff is wonderful. Clean place with friendly bud tenders and the guard at the front door is awesome. Highly recommend this place.

This place is pretty great. Professional and way knowledgeable staff that give me what I ask for not ignore me and push whatever they want to get rid of. This place is a gem in the area and glad it's close to where I just moved. Only thing that sucks is the parking lot entrance bump will bottom most cars out and destroyed the cover plate on her civic.. It's gonna cost me so wish they'd fix it instead of put up this dumb sign.. We could have gone 1mph and it still would have ground her car anyways lol.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries! The staff is always polite and very informative. They never seem upset when I ask 21 questions and they take their time explaining everything thoroughly. This wasn't the first dispensary I've been to but it's the one I frequent most often, and for good reason. If you're looking for a great dispensary, definitely give FWC a shot.
