I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend as a surprise while she was at work, alas there was an address issue that was completely my fault, I was called by Kim to verify the address, after giving her the correct one, she went out of her way to deliver them to my girlfriend, she was very nice and very helpful. I wish I could do more than just write a review! I will definitely go through them again in the future!

I received a bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s Day and less than 24 hours later they are wilted and look like garbage. They provide a “48 hour guarantee” that only applies if you take the bouquet to the shop so they can replace the wilted flowers. I work the hours they are open, and for the price that was paid for the bouquet I would have expected it to last longer than a day. This is the second time I have gotten flowers from this location, and the second time I have had issues with them. Yikes.

While I have had a few ok transactions with this company, their customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. My husband ordered me a large bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. He was not told when he ordered that it would be easier if they were delivered a day or two before, and the flowers were not delivered until after 8:45 pm. I was already asleep and did not get to see my beautiful gift until the next morning. When my husband called and asked for a partial refund on the delivery charge due to the VERY late delivery, they absolutely refused. He even just asked if we could have a credit for our next order, and they straight out said nope. This, to me, is terrible customer service and they have lost a loyal customer. There are other florists in Richland, give your business to them.

B and B Too in Richland has always been a five star business since I first started doing business with them from product availability, to service. You get what you pay for, as well as same day delivery! A few years ago a friend from out of townChose a number from the yellow pages , which may have been Teleflora, andPlaced an order to be delivered to me at my address. The yellow pages neglected to give My correct address. Buds Blossoms Too,Never gave up on their delivery until they located me. I Consider that PROFESSIONAL service.Thank you!

Sister-in-Law got flowers from her daughter through Teleflora from this company. What she received as opposed to what was ordered & paid for are not even similar. What she received was 10 purlple daisies stuck in a vase, no filler. A bouquet was ordered. Teleflora offered a 50% refund. Sad, sad, sad. Buds & Blossoms ought to be ashamed of themselves!!

12/02/17- Putting other people's lives in danger while delivering flowers seems counterintuitive. I was on Knight with a solid green waiting to proceed across Jadwin. As I began to move, I decided to stop and do an additional intersection check. Glad I did. Their driver blew through red light on Jadwin traveling way too fast. If I hadn't stopped, I would have been T-boned by their van. My kids in the car would have been seriously hurt or worse. Though I am glad I thought to look again, I will have a hard time purchasing from someone who puts others in danger just to deliver flowers.

I really do not recommend Buds and Blossoms Too. I bought my mother a large bouquet for Mother's Day. It cost 97.97 dollars. I had the bouquet delivered to my mother at her business. Once she received them she told me that most of them were terrible quality (dying and wilting). Not only that, but for almost 100 dollars I expected a much larger bouquet! It was honestly worst about 15 dollars....

Buds...and Blossoms, Too did not provide descent customer service when I tried to place a delivery order. Not only do they charge a $10 deliver fee (which is understandable and reasonable) but they also require that any delivery order be at least a $50 purchase. Why is there a minimum purchase amount if you are charging a fee that covers you cost of delivery?? If delivery is not your thing then don't offer the service at all. It makes people feel bad in an already tough situation when they can't afford $60 to send a simple flower or two. If you think this might be an issue for you then go to Arlene's Flowers and Gifts the service there is top notch and the prices are affordable; the staff is great to work with you and what you want.

Love this store! Experienced designers and quality work. They will deliver as far as Benton City and West Richland. There is a delivery fee, as it takes time and fuel to do so. The charge is reasonable though. If you aren't home, they will call you, leave with neighbors if possible, and tag your door to let you know. You can pick them up at the store, or have a friend do so. Pretty simple really!I love this store! You really have to see for yourselves as some of these reviews are just so wrong! Thank you Buds and Blossoms Too! You are my favorite flower shop in the Tricities!

Manager is incredibly rude!! I had a meeting to discuss wedding flowers because we were wanting ideas on flowers/pricing/season/etc. I had my phone out while looking at picture books and she came out and aggressively told me I couldn't take photos of the books (which were Vera Wang books). I told her I wasn't, and showed her my phone that had a picture of my fiancés suit, she just reiterated that we couldn't take pictures and never apologized. She then asked what my budget was and she laughed at me and continued to laugh so we just got up and left. Horrible service
