Feedback:

was in last Wednesday and I've been here before without ever having an issue. Mind you, I've never seen this particular employee before. The guy wouldn't look me in the eye, was curt had short clipped answers and made me feel incredibly stupid and uncomfortable. I said to him "you're not very friendly are you?" And he rudely said, "well I'm trying..." so I told him he needed to try harder! He took my order off the counter, tossed it back in the bag behind the counter and was like "have a good day" which he repeated over and over loudly. I asked for the owner/ manager and he told me he was the GM. I was shocked and I repeated what he said. I then asked for the owner and he started with the I'm the GM, I'm the GM. And have a good day several times. He was so rude, confrontational and unprofessional. He triggered my anxiety and I'll not come back. It's too bad, I've done a lot of business there and was happy with everything, especially the workers.
