Overall Feedback:
Regular customer.Im beyond impressed. There was an elderly woman (customer), occupying a lot of extra time by asking separate questions about all of the art on the walls and everything else in between. Alex (employee) was polite yet quick in assisting her, and showed some real customer service skills that any employer should find valuable.
