The prices are okay but customer service is lacking. Example, their website incorrectly states Happy Hour times. Insread of fixing it or honoring their mistake, they blame 'outsourcing' and claim they cannot get it fixed. What?!Hours are wrong. Seem to close early when they want. Customer service isn't tough. You just have to try. Not sure Floyd's knows this.
