As a medical marijuana user, I need patience and understanding during my acquiring of medicine. Johnathon, a very intelligent and kind employee, was able to help me into the store during this hectic pandemic situation with utmost respect, and was keeping the lobby calm while a lot of customers were edgy about the wait. I worked in the industry for four years and have never seen such professional lobby work. As always, my budtender was amazing and able to listen. ❤
