Overall Feedback:
The front desk person scheduled my new patient appointment right before lunch (12:15) and apparently they don't take new patients before lunch. The desk person asked the docs and of course they said I'd have to come back at 2 p.m. If they can't get the easy stuff correct , are they really going to get the important stuff right? Poor customer service.
