Before our experience with this company, we were fans. Our family saved a seasons harvest, and were excited to invest with FFG as a first step in our expansion. During our tour of one of their units, we explained the importance of ease with install as well as our need to have reliable and thorough technical support. With our newborn at home, and limited experience between my partner and I, we were assured of ease and told of thorough blueprints they would provide us. The tour was interupted by a truck needing to be unloaded, and I got tossed to the next person. Although this person was THE sales director, she couldn't tell me much about the unit and ultimately fumbled through the short demonstration, unable to open the door, walls, or know anything about its functions. They didn't have the unit they sold me on display, but made it seem comparable to the unit I was shown. After being reassured that this was who we wanted to work with, and promised help was available, we paid in cash during the visit for an automated cold frame. It was a little more expensive than we anticipated, so we left a small balance, which was paid the day before delivery. I was made to feel as if I were being suspected of something when they threatened to hold the remainder of our equipment before payment was completed. Which would have been understandable if they hadn't specifically advertised the option to grow in a unit, and THEN pay for it. But we paid in cash and owed a smaller amount than even the tax. Where I come from, when someone makes a $10,000 purchase in cash, you eat the tax as a formality. But we don't have to be friends, that's fine I'll pay it. We wanted to invest into a company we were excited to work with, and didnt mind paying for what we thought they were worth. We didn't get any tracking for our order and had to persistently check back in for updates. When the parts and blueprints were delivered, we began to see confusing materials that were not on the display model we were sold. The blueprints didnt seem to match the parts we recieved. With patience, we made a list of questions we had, as we were instructed to do at the time of purchase. We called the "industry expert customer service team" who "provides the best support in the industry." Where "phone and emails are answered during business hours and messages returned promptly." When "technical support" answered, we were cut off 4 minutes into the conversation and told that he would "hit us back in 30, bro". Its been weeks and we haven't received even a text. Frustrated with this, I went back to the "executive team" who recommended we actually pay their hired technical support team out of our own pocket, and that maybe then they would be more inclined to help. The sales director actually asked me with attitude if I thought she should know all the units, the construction methods, and also be able to be at her desk at the same time. She was absolutely shocked and offended that we expected her to have experience and knowledge of what she was selling. I can tell you this, go to AgraTech directly. This company, FFG, doesn't bend high quality american steel on their own. They source from a big company and middleman the product they slap a sticker on. Soooooo, if the only service you provide is a desk to buy AgraTech products, then at the very least you should provide a wealth of information about these units. Instead we are left with a pile of parts that don't match the instructions provided, AND are expected to purchase additional materials, such as hundreds of feet of wood, polycarbonate, and pc8 that were left entirely unmentioned as we were scammed out of $10,000+. After our horrific experience with FFG's less than competent team we contacted AgraTech directly, who immediately provided us with the proper instructions, and prompt and professional technical assistance. FFG will waste your time and money to make themselves feel more relevant as they die out in this industry.

For being the first auto depo greenhouse on the market the finished product is less than desirable.Update.I decided not to work with FF not the other way around.Since parting ways, i have been hired to fix more than one of these.They were the first ones, but now there are several auto deps on the market.Choose wisely I suggest The Gro-tech depo system it is far superior and will stand the test of time.Or a weather port, both are manufactured much better than ff

Worst experience of my life... Would never recommend them to anyone... Had to re-engineer aspects of the kit for it to even stand... after 8 months the only one who cared about the project was me. Just keep a look out for the full blown review, will be sending it to every grow store on the east coast and to every grow magazine in the us

The crew at forever flowering was responsive to all our questions during construction. Very professional. I like the product and we are looking forward to our first season of full automation. Also stoked on my solar power generation by Six Rivers Solar. Maintenance free salt water batteries are the way to go.

These are the best greenhouses on the market. The staff possesses more knowledge and experience about greenhouse technology then most of he rest combined. I've done my homework and plenty of research to know that while many folks out there try to replicate their technology what they can't duplicate is the X factor that FFG has.
