The store experience itself was fine. The man that helped me was wonderful. However, I was beyond unimpressed with the product I bought, which was an FP brand 1:1 vape cartridge. It was clogged from the get-go upon opening. I called and the rep suggested I submerge it in hot water to loosen the oil. That helped significantly but then I discovered that the mix didn't do a thing for me. I feel no results whatsoever. The prices are also very high, as the equivalent product is 1/3 cheaper at the other nearest dispensary and the competitor's product works extremely well. I went online to look at FP's other cartridge choices on the web site besides their house brand but the product menu was a disaster for the non-FP items. For Curaleaf there is virtually no information information whatsoever and all that happens when you click on the product pic is you get a pop-up of the pic but no additional details. Then when you click on the Etain brand cartridge items it takes you to the wrong product page for everything. I'm giving two stars only because the employee I dealt with was so nice.

The place is so nice. Everything about it. My experience with the staff has been wholly positive, and the pharmacist went through all the trouble of explaining to me exactly how to administer the right dosage, and how each delivery method works. My first choice every time.

These guys are awesome. I went in for the first time yesterday and everyone was super friendly. Met with the pharmacist and she helped me figure out which products would help me most for my pain and ptsd. Lots of options and their pens are super smooth. Can't wait to try their own stuff when it comes out.
