The staff is Fantastic! From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted! The Pharmacists are Very Knowledgeable in Their Product Selection as Well as their recommendations. They are also Great at listening!

I would rate them literally lower than 1 star. The lady that waits on you was rude to me. She claims they don't take refill appointements however I had made one over the phone prior to coming in. I specifically stated that I had to be somewhere after . I was on time if not early for my appointment . When I asked politely why I was not taken on time and that I had to be somewhere , all I received was attitude from her. She should be the last person dealing with customers. I highly suggest not coming here. Worst one out of the 3 facilities I have been to .

I've been a very satisfied customer for about one month now. I recently heard of FP Wellness from my prescribing doctor and have been going to 2 other dispensaries in the past year. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the product has variety and is superior product.

Much better than that other dispensery. They offer products from other providers so you don't have to be stuck with the same strain used to make CC's products. And the prices are much better! No appointments necessary, just walk in. Oh and the staff is most knowledgeable. I posted a review of Columbia Care on their website. It will connect the two reviews together. And my feelings about FP Wellness have yet to change. You are cutting yourself short if you don't check out Fp Wellness.

Very bad experience the staff is unprofessional the girl at the customer service was so rude 2 me till I put my paperwork in the garbage and walk out I ask for the manager she is not there or the owner I wish they can see that and get hold of me so they know what
