I will start with they are honest about the quality. Every time I enter they guide me towards what I need for that moment. Friendly but small and that is not necessarily a bad thing it feels more personal that way. I am glad that they are here and they make it easy for me to aquire some of the best bud in longview. To add I also like the fact that the daily menu is readily available and they always have great deal with waiting for me when I'm low on cash. I will go back!

Best budtenders ever. Knowalagble r/t current issues. I.e. cartridges , changes and how they are reflected in cost.Their clientele, their vibe.No one knows the product better !

Been a loyal customer since you guys opened. When walking in to here the workers are awesome people, like a friend that already knows what I am after. Amazing and mind blown how this industry has grown to be, how informative the workers are and so eagerly wanting to share what they know of the product. It's growing and a lot to retain. But this is the only place I feel comfortable walking into!!

I pulled up to this establishment for obvious reasons to people who frequent it. While I was sitting in the parking lot I decided that I needed to get an oil change during that time the supposed owner pulled up in the parking lot got out of his truck and went inside the building during this time I went right next door with my vehicle to Jiffy Lube and got an oil change I came back right after the oil change to get some product from the store and while I was sitting in the parking lot reviewing Jiffy Lube service the supposed owner got back in his truck rolled down his window and started a conversation with me he said that I didn't look like the kind of person that was causing trouble but this parking lot was for customers only so I told him that I had just gone and gotten an oil change, just 5 minutes ago and I offered him the receipt which he refused to look at and was going in his supposed store I don't know what kind of tangent he was on but he started to act really entitled and belligerent towards me saying that this wasn't Jiffy Lube parking lot this was his parking lot and so I told him that since this was his parking lot that I was never going to buy anything from here again and I left he told me to have a nice day

I logged into the computer system for my accumulated visit's to get my 20%. I asked for help to redeem it and was told by two female employees that they could not access the system for my discount.or even look it up and I would need to log in to my email to get a code. I dont own a smart device so was forced to go home. It was NOT in my outlook account. I called Freedom Market and a man answered and told me that absolutely they could look it up and apply it. Bad enough there are no 15$ eighths but I was not even offered any kind of compensation for my time and being told the wrong information at the store. Im pretty sure after I get this discount I will be trying a new store even though it is much farther away. I get that mistakes happen but wouldn't it make good business sense to try to keep a customer?

1st trip was unsatisfactory after Canna Carts had a "bad batch" of oil, so that was $29 for a .5g cartridge wasted. 2nd trip was also poor product, White Widow prerolls which quit smoking just over halfway thru!Good conversation was the only real positive I gained from both visits. The picture included is what was left after the cart leaked!
