Awful, completely awful. I would not recommend this place at all and would avoid if possible. They charge the insurance company 4x what they charge you if you pay OOP and if your insurance has a lifetime cap that makes it impossible to use your insurance for medication. They also don't ship when they say they will so recommend giving yourself at least a week for that. My friends have had similar problems with shipping and one had her IVF cycle delayed two weeks because of it.
