Our appointment was at 10:00 this morning. We were turned around and told to come back at 13:00. Then it was changed to 16:00. Now they’re still telling us they can’t load us. The reason? Apparently there’s only one employee who knows how the warehouse works and she’s not here. I wish I was joking. This is East-coast levels of incompetence.Edit: didn’t get loaded until 23:30. Over 14 hours. Unbelievable trash.
