I’m only giving Walmart.com 3 stars because I ordered a pair of Skechers walking shoes which were important for me to buy (long story) and never knew till the day they were supposed to be delivered (and believe me I was excited that day) that my order was canceled for my shoes, not the rest of my ordered items but just my really needed walking shoes I only found out about 5 minutes before they were supposed to be delivered that day ugh!! And another time I ordered through Walmart online I ordered a package of T-shirts I even ordered them one size larger than I wear just in case but omgosh when I got them (5 shirts/aprx $35 -$40) they were the size of a 6 year old’s shirt size mind you,I picked the WOMENS SIZE XL yea right I was mad I called customer service blah blah blah they said I’d have to pay $27 to return them plus I can’t remember how much tax and fees also I had to pay on top of the return fee and nowhere in the post/add did it say anything to that sooooooooo yes I’m not liking Walmart.com anymore I’ll stay with amazon.com thank you very much but no thank you....Walmart you’re losing many customers in store and online to amazon from my experiences and others going through the grapevine...just to let you know I’ve not yet had any problems with amazon I’ve been ordering from them for 4 or 5 years now

C'mon, it's Wal-Mart. I find more stuff I never knew I needed at Wal-Mart's everywhere. Most of the timewhen.i travel, I try to find the nearest Wal-Mart. Regional souvenirs are always on my shopping list. Whatever I need I can usually find it here. Garden, automotive, shorts, shirts, tools, golf balls, socks, ugly Christmas sweaters we can find everything here.

The Associates that work in this stores pick-up and delivery department are literal life savers to me and my kids right now. I have a condition that makes it impossible for me to wear a mask, for this reason I was given under ADA specifications the go ahead for no mask. However, the public shaming and worse shaming measures made by my own friends ..it is literally impossible for me to go anywhere now. I have been using the pick-up service and I am beyond impressed. I had heard rumor that it was just awful to use. That they had a limited selection and you couldn't get everything you need from the whole store, that they made unapproved and usually unacceptable replacements when they didn't have what you ordered, that they always forgot things, that is just to name a few. Well, I don't know who or what or when Walmart they were referring to because I have never had ANY of these issues. In fact, they are better at shopping than me, mostly because they stick to the list. Limited selection: not true, I got sheets for my bed in the right color and size even as well as everything else I have needed at all during this pandemic. At first they were as cleared out as all the stores, but that was LITERALLY once. Un approved or unacceptable replacements:Never happened because you can turn off that option for each item individually even. So if they replace an item it's because you gave them permission. They also only replace your item with a different one if it is practically the same thing. They don't upcharge you ever...they will just tell you they are out. They also send you alerts AS IT IS HAPPENING so if you aren't ok or willing to accept the replacement or aren't getting something you had ordered. You know it before you even go pick it up. THEN they verify the changes are ok with you before you accept and sign for the order. So you can always say no. Forget Items: not once not ever even kind of. The full order is always there. Last but the best. The Associates attitudes towards us is SPECTACULAR. I had Bryant and his Supervisor maybe?!? I don't remember his name, but has helped me a few times. These young men were polite, respectful, loaded my items with care and concern for my fragile items and helpful. They are not allowed to accept tips is my only complaint....and these wonderful honest young men will NOT break the rules. I tried. Lol. Sorry for the long review, but in this time and with my special circumstances, Walmart is the only ADA friendly service available for us unable to wear a mask but still need to eat and feed our kids. Thanks to everyone who is part of this amazing service you offer. And Bryant and I wish I remembered his name are valuable assets to the company. Thanks for helping me thru this guys!

Still the worst customer service out there. Anytime you ask for help, these are some of the only responses you’ll get: “I don’t know” , and “I don’t have a key”, and then when they’ve established that they “don’t know”, or “I don’t have a key”, you then ask them if they can go find someone who can help you, a lot of the time I’ve even been told “well, I don’t have a radio to call someone else who can help you”. Are you kidding me! What’s wrong with the kids working these days? You all seem to think that you can just get hired somewhere and then expect to never have to actually work for the paycheck you receive. There are actual hard working people out there who would do your job and do it better, a lot of you don’t deserve the jobs you have, it’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE for a reason, try it out sometime

I brought my 18 month nephew here and the employees yelled at us due to the fact that he does not have a mask on. According to the state children under 2 should not have a mask on due to it being a suffocation risk. As we sat there trying to put a mask on him a family came out with children over the age of two that didn't have masks on. All through out the store there were adults and children whom were not wearing masks. My nephew has asthma and trouble breathing. So putting a mask on him would eliminate his ability to breathe easily.

Lack of professionalism, employees people incharge should know there products specially in electronics...trying to return and item and these people don't know there product and how to check the aunthecity Accused me of changing the merchandise when ADAM IN ELECTRONICS confess the he CHANGED IT .and now they won't even give me a refund for a merchandice that's doesn't work. They are thiefs.

This is for anyone who is is trying to find a Nintendo switch in the area. Today during a stop at this Walmart which we have come to multiple times and I have called multiple occasions this week and last week. My wife had decided to stop at the electronics section and ask to see if they had any Nintendo switch in stock in the store. While my wife was talking to an employee asking about the console the employee had asked another associate if they had any in stock. The second associate had told my wife and the employee she was talking to that they had run out and there was no more in the store. Moments after my wife had already begin to walk away the associate who told both my wife and the other employee that they had run out of the console. The employee had decided to have a change of heart or guilty conscious had admitted that they actually had 2 Nintendo switch consles underneath the cash register area and my wife had witness the employee reach underneath and open a glass sliding door with key and take out a Nintendo switch at which as well that employee had spoken to a 3rd associate near by that now there was only 1 left if she still wanted to buy it and had given my wife a dirty look. All this is was really telling me that the employees at this Walmart are stashing them away for each other and telling the customers that they run out. Who knows how long this has been going for especially since they don't seem to have any for the past couple of weeks since the covid-19 pandemic and seem to sold out everywhere and yet they had some in stock just stashed away from customers and saving them for themselves.

Very rude women in front. I understand that there are rules that need to be followed, but when we are literally walking away and she's continuing to scream at me and my kids. She must be in her 20s and my kids and I said ok about masks and walked away with her screaming. We didnt deserve that and your employees should really start treating people like human beings because I would never talk to anyone that was, let alone a kid

SHAME SAN JACINTO WALMART. ONLY ACCOMMODATING OUR AT RISK SENIORS WITH ONE LOUSY DAY PER WEEK IN WHICH TO "SAFELY" SHOP FOR ONE HOUR PRIOR TO POSTED STORE HOURS. STATERS HAS SENIOR SHOPPING ONE HOUR EVERY DAY! A STORE MUCH SMALLER IS BEATING THE TOWN BULLY WHERE THE SAFETY OF THIS VULNERABLE GROUP IS CONCERNED. PLEASE WALMART, HAVE SOME CLASS.

Just like most Wal-Mart locations.....this 1 also has what seem to be a bunch of employees who stay as far away from customers as possible. Everything is behind glass so the needing employee help is necessary but hopefully you aren't in too much of a hurry because it normally takes me pressing the help button 3 to 4 times before someone asks if I'm waiting for help.
