Not really friendly at all. Dictator is more like it. This guy DEMANDS all employees agree to adhere to HIS choice for what's for dinner, which means NO MEAT. Skip this place, there are much better places with owners who don't think they have the right to rule over their employees.
Feedback:
I respect your decision to be vegan, but there was no reason to fire someone for eating meat. It's not a food place, being vegan has nothing to do with the job other than you setting exclusionary restrictions to people just trying to eat their lunch so they can get back to working for you. I get you don't want to be around meat, but its not your house. Its a place of employment, and if you're gonna employ people, you need to let them eat as they want, and just not be around them when they're eating if their dietary habits are a problem for you.

Wanted to even out the reviews since so many people are giving one star solely based on the no meat policy. If this was any other policy the employee broke no one would care and would be on the employers side ie tattoos, smoking, un natural hair color, piercings, uniforms etc. But since it
