I was seen by Dr Rouhani on July 20th and 25th for sciatica pain left side and arthritis pain and he haf enquired about itching and how i was doing told Dr Rouhani that since I had no bumps Dr FRIEDMAN dermatologist said just take clairtin until itching goes away. Had x-ray done was recommended therapy and also told Irma Ornelas to tell Dr Rouhani that I need referral to allergist for itching she said she haf left a message When she called past Friday, since i requested a certain therapy its still pending 4 weeks later and regarding allergist she said I'll have to check with doctor. I was furious and called prospect who authorize referrals she said no referrals from their office. Irma Ornelas just only all talk. Their office will leave a message, but you can't talk to anyone only leave a message. Employee don't have empathy for their patients. Will not recommend any one to deal with this office. Irma Ornelas should be fired. Nothing to date has been done by her.
