Been a customer here since they opened. Will not be coming back. Sam the manager is unequivocally the rudest employee I've ever encountered at any dispensary. She accused me of coming into the store without getting my ID checked before. I have never had that conversation with anyone at this store. If you want IDs checked at the front then it's your job to be at the front. She followed that comment up with, if you don't like it, you don't have to shop here and I literally said nothing. WOW....

Staff is very friendly and informative. Went in knowing almost nothing and they educated me on the whole process and how it works and how each product varies a little differently. Very clean store and set up. Only thing was that parking was a little confusing. But other than that, great place and will return.

Love coming to this location. Sam is so friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. Wish you had more staff members like her. I had a bad experience with a girl a month back not wanting to let me in because my id looked fake. Sam came over and took a look at my id which is not fake and let me in and helped me out with some great selections. She turned what could have been a bad experience in your stores into a pleasant experience that made me want to return and visit all your other locations. Thanks Sam!

I shop at all 3 stores of Frosted Leaf and send All my friends who come to visit to your store and Kandace, Sam and Darrin are the main reasons I come back to each one of your locations because your prices are slightly high but I come to Frosted Leaf for the amazing customer service. I could go across the street but choose to stay a loyal customer because of these individuals.
