The staff is awesome!!! I ordered full gear to start kiteboarding, we exchanged many emails back and forth, talked over the phone. They communicate almost immediately, thanks DJ, Dave, Patrick!!!Everything went smoothly and received the whole package by Canada Post.

Super happy with these guys. Kitted up the whole family with kites and gear - a big ticket purchase! Over several phone calls, they took a bunch of time to consider our different sizes, weights, experience levels and interests, and patiently put together a beginner package tailored to each of us. The prices were the best I found, particularly on last year's closeout gear - ideal for a bunch of beginners - but I would have been delighted with the first-class service, even if the prices had been the same as everyone else's. Everything was on my doorstep in California two days after we hung up the phone. Highly recommended.

How to build Customer for life !!I first found PaddleKitesurf shop via an add. Their website being very intuitive and their pricing competitive, I bought couple of boards online. A year later, I wanted to learn How to foil. As I did t know what to buy, I called their staff who gave me valuable advices based on my level and ambitions (simple). Later I had some trouble with a product that I bought with them and they were extremely responsive to help me with a solution.They eventually helped me replace a failing board, send me all details (including printed return stickers).In today’s world where selling is the 1st rule, it feels good to work with Pros who think “customer first”. I strongly believe that PaddleKitesurf will not only succeed but build customers for life !Thank you for your support and amazing service !

Kite paddle surf is super reliable and very friendly - i highly recommend their business to anyone. I had issues with my bar and needed someone to take care of it quickly. They replaced my throw line and leader lines in no time and didn't charge me for replacing depower line as it was a warranty thing that i didnt even know about. Everyting was handled super fast and efficient. Owner also helps out with good advice and tips about local spots and access as well as unbiased opinions on gear. Keep it up guys!

Marvelous customer service!! Phenomenal products!! I just got my wetsuit from Kite Paddle Surf and I LOVE IT!! I was fitted for the correct size the same-day with the help of experts and now I get to slalom ski & wake surf and swim almost year round! Very happy and pleased with this company. I've been shopping at KPS for years and they have never failed to impress me with their prices, products, friendliness and extraordinary customer service.
