Joes was kind enough to bring meals to the afternoon shift at Troy Beaumont during COVID. I had never had their food. I was shocked by how good the SOUTHWEST SALAD w/ chicken was. It was so fresh and had excellent dressing. The perfect lunch for a busy shift at work. Didn’t feel bogged down after eating. So fresh and light- seriously, better than a restaurant. Thank you for supporting front liners! Companies who stepped up during a pandemic like yours will not be forgotten! I am coming in for salads next week.

I had a really bad experience from this store! Unprofessional and customer service just bad! I spoke to a manager before driving 2 hrs to return something at 7:44 pm. And his exact words was to bring everything back to the store for as long as you bring the receipt with products having price tag and never been opened WE WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND BY ANY MEANS. So I drove 2 hours away and when I got there a manger refused and handled everything so unprofessional! I will never ever go back and give this store any business!

Joe's is seriously the best in the area! They beat Westborn, Nino Salvaggio's, Randazzo's, Colasanti's, Whole Foods, and Plum Market. They are Cantoro's competition. Joe's has the excellence in customer service and product. Every counter is staffed with the nicest of individuals. There is always plenty of product and vast variety of options. The floor plan and functionality of the store is super convenient. I really love Joe's. I drive from Commerce Township to shop here and continue to get my produce, meat, cheeses and so much more from Joe's. Today I had to take pictures of all the delicious desserts! Side note, they also keep their store super clean and well kept. Another huge plus! Thanks Joe's! Keep up the great work! I'll be back soon for a pizza and grinder sandwiches! The sushi is phenomenal too!

I am lucky enough to live 5 minutes from Joe's Produce. Joe's is my go-to stop for Everything. The produce is the very freshest in town. The deli counter has great lunchmeat PLUS world-class people behind the counter. The bakery counter.....drool city!!! Never made a bad "choice" there. If you have not stopped at Joe's yet, don't wait any longer.

In your store recently and a little concerned about the safety of the customer as well as the workers. Many stores that I have been too recently there stores have all taken safety precautions to stop the spreading of the virus. Have you guys practiced any safety with sanitizing carts, shelves, customers distancing, etc.. and if so I haven't seen or heard of this to feel comfortable to keep shopping here.

While the quality of the product and the service is top shelf, the prices are also. Try Whole Foods before it was brought. Westborn is even lower. You have to go across the parking lot for the large selection of meat and seafood or bakery breads. I saw the commercials and thought I would try it, but not as large as I thought it would be. If you live near and like to light your money on fire, you will find the service will bring you back.

Terrible experience. Ordered a birthday cake for my 7 year old daughter, they spelled her name wrong even though I had given it to them correctly. The cake was half the size it was supposed to be. I called and spoke to multiple employees in the bakery and also the bakery dept manager, all were very rude and no help at all. They didn't fix the issue or try to work out a way to fix it. I will never shop here again.

Joe's Produce is a SOLID grocery market with quality products with a large variety of goods. Their prices however are a bit steeper than Fresh Thyme or Busch's, you can usually count on any given item being a dollar or two higher than the competition.

They do NOT cater here despite advertising. Lived in neighborhood for 30 years. Numerous times have tried to get food, trays, etc.. catered, delivered, whatever they could or would do. They don't cater if they are busy, they won't cater on a Sunday, they won't cater if the order is too small (30 people was too small I suppose), numerous reasons why they can't.

PLEASE SEE FOLLOW UP REVIEW BELOWWILL NEVER BUY BRISKET HERE AGAIN. THEY SAID IT WAS PRIME AND CHARGED ME 9.99 A POUND! NEVER AGAIN! WORST BRISKET EVER! I EVEN INJECTED IT AND IT WAS STILL DRY! WHOLE BRISKETS 3.69 POUND AT COSTCO AND IF YOU WANT PRIME IT'S ONLY 6.39 A POUND. JOE'S IS A RIP OFF FOR BRISKET. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A WHOLE 14 POUND BRISKET WITH THE POINT FOR LESS THAN WHAT I PAID FOR A 7 POUND FLAT AT JOE'S! I DON'T THINK THE BUTCHERS KNOW HOW TO CUT BRISKET EITHER. THIS WAS A $70 HARD LESSON.FOLLOW UP SINCE OWNER RESPONSEWe're happy to inform that Joe's Produce Gourmet Market are the real deal!
