Average store. Above average pricing / terrible discount/deals compared to other stores in the area. I would never even go here after seeing the online menu compared to other places. Site could VASTLY improve if they custom built their menu system instead of porting leafly api.

Ganja Goddess has lost its luster. Just three years ago, it stood as the crown jewel of the crowded SODO market. Now it competes as just another pot shop with middling stock and service. It's always been clean, and the atmosphere continues to be warm and welcoming. Yet Ganja's expert budtending has taken a nosedive, and the store's once-vibrant selection no longer delivers the same curated quality (or quantity, for that matter).Those last two attributes can be particularly subjective, so I'll break it down. During my last three visits, the budtenders managed to alternate between overbearing and inattentive, a seemingly impossible feat. When I expressed interest in browsing, they behaved like helicopter parents, following me around to each case and constantly bombarding me with questions. When I actually did have something to ask, answers were vague and noncommittal. When their assistance was actually needed (such as to complete a transaction), they were suddenly busy with something else. Selection and quality hasn't fared much better. Far from the best inventory downtown (or even in SODO), the shop seems to exist in a constant state of depletion. While I understand supply and demand can be tricky in this industry, that didn't seem to account for the disparity between the brands and item types on display. Some shelves were filled to the brim, while others boasted a few pre-rolls of a single strain. Glass products proved nonexistent, and you could probably find more CBD at a Portland gas staton.It's worth noting that these were not isolated incidents, but realities observed over the course of months of patronage. There was a time when GG was my hookup of choice, but that time has sadly passed. With so many new outfits popping up across Seattle, there's no longer a reason to settle. Try nearby joints like Dockside or Zips instead.

Very cool spot with some good quality herb. The staff was extremely helpful and more than willing to explain the different forms and types of marijuana available for consumption. I stopped at several places and I would recommend coming here. The have some very good flower and with nice infused pre rolls. I will definitely come visit again.

Poor customer service at best recently. As a loyal customer since close to there opening due to recent bad customer service from the same bud tender twice in 2 months is unacceptable I will now go elsewhere. Dockside and Diego Pellicer are Awesome. If you've had the same trouble with Ganga Goddess that I have and I know you have, go somewhere else and may be they'll figure it out at Ganga Goddess at some point, Hopefully.

Came to this shop to get a some good medical marijuana I was able to get a very good deal are some very good buds the staff is very nice and knowledgeable there are a lot of different types of marijuana strains sativa Indica a lot of Edibles and oils stop was very nice and knowledgeable and were able to explain things even though it was very busy I will definitely come back prices were okay

As a regular customer for the past 4 years, I keep coming back! The entire staff is knowledgeable and can recommend products based on individual clientele/customers needs. I called ahead and asked if a under 21 year old medical patient come in buy marijuana. Was told yes so we decide to come in, spent 20 minutes shopping around buying products made only in the end to be questioned about the validity of the medical card and told basically to wait till you're 21. Not only is that unacceptable for a business that claims to be medically accredited but unacceptable to claim that someone's disability is invalid. Please don't support this business and their bad ethics. Absolutely terrible manager."It's store policy"So it's a store policy to not serve patients?

I was treated extremely poorly as a medical patient, I'm 19 and I have a slue of mental disorders, having just moved from Nevada I'm used to being able to shop at any dispensary given my medical status. I've had my medical card for now 3 weeks here and I've had nothing but problems, and this shop isn't an exception. Dockside or Have a Heart have been the only 2 that have been reasonable experiences.This shops manager is extremely rude and inconsiderate, the store honestly wasn't bad until the extremely friendly budtender called the manager over to make sure the account was created correctly, which is fine, only to be told that they could not sell to me, explaining it's store policy, I was a little frusterated because I had called ahead and was told it was fine, after spending 30 minutes in the store no less.This is when things took a really bad turn, when I asked the manager what my options where as a patient in general, where could I go etc, he got defensive, he questioned the validity of my card, my conditions, and just treated me like some kid trying to get high, then telling me that I just need to wait until I'm 21 and that it's not that bad. This is supposed to be a medically endorsed facility, but as a patient I don't believe I've ever been more mistreated at a dispensary in the last 2 years I've been shopping. I'll be calling the liquor and cannabis board, as well as the department of health about the way I was treated, I expect higher from a medically endorsed facility.

Reasonable prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff who greet you with smiles and make you feel right at ease. Explain what you're looking for and immediately they have suggestions to fit your every need. Clean and comfortable atmosphere also sets your mind at rest helping you make a decision on the vast product lines available in the store.

It’s a great place and the staff are super helpful and don’t pressure you any. I’ve never had any questions that they didn’t at least attempt to answer to the best of their abilities.Warning that the large glass tends to be expensive from them, if recommend going to other shops for glass...
