Based on lack of return of refund policy. A close friend bought a defective vape cart. The manufacturer even provided documentation that it was defective. Did you refund him? No not at all. Did you exchange the product? Nope cause "no returns or no refunds" is your policy when a "package is opened". How would you know a vape cart is defective before opening it? You should not create a policy that is designed to ripoff people. There should be exceptions this isn't a half smoked preroll someone is trying to return here. Can't wait till the other 2 stores open.

Extremely rude staff , i ordered grandaddy purple pre-roll 3 pack . They gave me the wrong order ( the person who was checking ids gave me the wrong order) with some other orders as one order . When I opened the box , i noticed that this was the wrong order . I called them up . They said that cant be right . While confirming that i had the wrong order , i received their call , they asked if i could return their items . I went to return all of their stuff . They said because i had opened the box, i have to pay for it .Apparently they do not consider yelling at the customer as rude too. Like i already mentioned that i did not know what i was opening.

I'm done with this place. Beyond being in a busy part of Brampton, and having a terrible parking lot, they simply can't seem to accurately advertise the THC percentages of their product. Once you've ordered on their iPads (which advertise a range) you line up and wait. Fine. Good so far. When you get to the counter, almost invariably, the product falls outside the advertised ranges. I just tried to buy a strain called Mac 1. It was $75 dollars for a half quarter (which is outrageous, but they don't set the price, so that's my choice to accept that level of extortion from an LP), but as it was advertised as 20-30% THC, this at the very least seemed like a lot of bang, so I went for it. Then I get to the counter to discover it's only 18%. Invariably, the employees start making excuses. "Oh you have to understand that...".No. I don't need to understand anything. You need to provide the product you advertised, that I made a buying decision based on. The amount I am willing to pay, is directly proportional to the potency of the product. Period. This is a value assessment. Of course now that I'm at the counter they're like "Just pick something else". Sure. I'll uncomfortably stand here and try to figure that out with 30 people behind me in line because the government decided to this with a bloody lottery. Update your advertised percentages to coincide with whatever batch you are currently selling so that the consumer can make educated buying choices.

Love the atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. Couple of issues though... containers are hard to open. The last couple of times there was no seal in either container. I also noticed when I purchased the same strain and same amount as before the count was lower, not sure why, and the buds were dry with a few too many stems.Twice I had inquired about a strain, was told it was very good, was not what I was told. I will go back but only if stuck as it's convenient

Great store and helpful, friendly staff. They always have stock on the products I use and pricing is on par with OCS without the wait for shipping. The new expansion looks amazing and gives some much needed extra space. Hours are also very flexible making it easy to visit after work. Great work all around at Ganjika House!UPDATE: They've recently added in-store pick ups via their website. This feature is fantastic and makes purchasing even easier than it already was. The site gives a live view of stock so you aren't choosing anything unavailable. Simply place your order, line up in store, verify with your ID and pay. It's that easy!

Feedback:

Good for the convenience. However the products - flower, edibles, and vape cartridges are poor compared to online dispensaries. Doesn't seem the government understands the market yet.Edit: Down to one star. Vape carts are getting worse and worse. Bought a Sundial cart and it was half empty. Not 0.5ml as advertised. Experienced the same thing as the Redecan carts.

First visit and extremely disappointed. Manual ordering through iPads, convoluted ordering app, no employees to assist if you have a question, and last and probably most disappointing..the ridiculous prices. $53 for 3.5g of Aurora Blue Dream...literally $20 more expensive than Nova or Hunny Pot. BD (no matter the %) at Nova $33. Save yourself some money and visit another shop, or go back black.
