I came in looking for a plastic pot. A nice young man who greeted me was willing to see if he had some nursery plants in the back. A few moments later a woman came out and said she didn’t have the size pot I was looking for, then proceeded to immediately tell me that the store was closing. I interpreted her telling me this was that I should hurry up, make my purchase and leave. I responded that I thought the store was open until 7. She responded that the decision was made earlier in the week toclose at 6 because they didn’t have foot traffic later in the evening.Meanwhile, a couple of customers had entered the store and she turned them away stating the store was closing. I felt her actions were very rude. I work in retail and know the importance of providing excellent customer service to encourage customers to shop brick and mortar as opposed to shopping on Amazon . With her terrible service I will just shop on-line if you don’t value the the customers who choose to come Into your store to shop. Just awful. She should be fired.
