The worst ICU hospital ever! There is no communication what so ever between the doctors and nurses! This hospital is by far the most rudest people. I was hung up twice by the woman name Van because she didn't want to give me her supervisor name to report her. So unprofessional!!!!!!! They wouldn't even pick up my phone calls after I was hung up twice! One good thing that they are good at is giving you the run around. I have never seen nor experience any kind of hospital like this before. I wouldn't even rate them 1 star, but I had no choice.
Feedback:
Worst hospital ever! My mom went to the ER due to an asthma attack. She told one of the nurses she was allergic to antibiotic but couldn’t recall the name instead of looking at the medical history they just continued and put her the medicine she was allergic too my mom almost lost her life! Not only that but the nurses and the doctor are so rude and awful never going back again garbage as place!
Feedback:
Doctor condescending and only spent a minute with me. Nurse was heard gossiping to doctor about a patient, making fun of her story she told and calling her "psychotic" and laughing. Nurses are condescending, ignore you, and treat you like dirt. I was rudely interrogated, invalidated, and they were digging into irrelevent past medical records (without my permission) and used that to discredit me and judge me. The irony is how they treat patients as a waste of life---the true waste of life is someone who lives a life with no compassion. This is an anti-christ facility.
Feedback:
I went to the ER at Garden Grove Hospital the other night and it was the weirdest most uncomfortable experience I've ever had in an ER. When they opened the doors to the ER, all I could hear was this overpoweringly loud sound of a man's voice conversing over some kind of loudspeaker with the patients or the doctors or something as if he he was remotely trying to diagnose the person. On top of that, there were these constant loud beeps that were so much louder than regular hospital beeping sounds. I mean, it was overwhelming and constant then all the other sounds of staff talking and laughing loudly and cleaning crew loudly using their equipment and overpowering chemicals. I had a fever and they told me that to bring it down I would have to just wear the gown with my underwear and I would be given no blanket and that was their fever reducing solution...I gave them urine and I gave them blood and waited for the results, meanwhile I was only given ibuprofen and Tylenol for pain but no fluids until finally the doctor gave me the results that I had an infection and then the RN IV'd me fluids and antibiotics. I do have to say that the rest of the time there was much more pleasant as it finally quieted down and one of the RNs took over my care. His name was Kenneth. He had such a calm reassuring demeanor and I could tell that he cared. He was gentle and kind and he even brought me some applesauce and water after I told him I was hungry and I really wanted applesauce. He was attentive and I really appreciated his care. I would also like to commend the man who took over after him until I was released but unfortunately I could not see his name tag. He was also a great caregiver. My only other complaint is that after I was discharged early in the morning, I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my ride. I was just sitting there watching the TV, not bothering anyone. The security guard confirmed that I was waiting for a ride and I said yes. After a while, he approached me and said I could no longer wait there and that I had to go to a different area of the hospital and sit outside on the bench...I was shocked. I reluctantly complied and sat outside in the 6am cold in a spot my ride wouldn't even know to look for me. I was so upset and I was shivering and I started crying. A nurse had come out of the hospital and asked me if I was ok. I told her the situation and she became upset that the security guard would do such a thing. She told me it was my right to wait inside and so I went back in while she had words with the guard. So again I'm just sitting waiting watching the TV and after a while I got kicked out again and this time he said I had to wait at the bus stop. Can you imagine? Been sick in the ER all night and can't even wait inside where it's warm for your ride to come. WTF. RIDICULOUS. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.

Dont not! Dooo not come here if you dont have to i waited 4hrs in the waiting room in pain then they finally brought me in and i waited for an hour feel asleep in my gown and woke up they left my curtain wide open. Then another 45min pass and the doctor came in upset and just looked at ky cyst and told me just go to your primary doctor and thats it im in pain i cant sit properly or lay down. Might as well just got my momey and through it in the trash. DO NOT GO THERE! WORST PLACE POSSIBLE!
Feedback:
Parents, you’d better believe me when I’m telling you this, DO NOT bring your children to this place. As parents, my wife and I, we urge you do not bring your children to this hospital. I will not going into details, because these nurse, staffs and doctors are not worth my time. I have decided to write this review because I never wish you to have these people put your children through what They have done to mine.
Feedback:
They will steal from for your loved one! They do have a policy when you're going into the ER take jewelry off your loved one, but when you fall and break your hip in the street and don't have family around you how are you able to do that? Service here is horrible as if everyone doesn't care, completely unsanitary and unhelpful hospital staff. Please take your loved ones some where else they truly are the worst.
Feedback:
I like this hospital. They gave me a nice "After Visit Summary" but they forgot to give back my INSURANCE CARD! Another thing that I find unbelievable is that when I went to go get my insurance card and I asked why he forgot to give my card back he wouldn't fess up. He said that "I took off" and left the card. But as I was going in through the door to the ER, he said he would bring my card to me. He never did. He somehow lost it and some other guy I've never seen that day, gave my card back. The guy could not apologize, therefore he could not be trusted with personal medical records. On the otherhand, the doctor was great.

I am anemic. I've had four abscessed infections in the past 15 years. The first 3 times were painful, messy procedures. The last one, in 2013, I went to Garden Grove Medical Center. Not only was the staff polite, but the doctor there extracted the infection using several syringes. I had never seen that before. It was clean and painless! Thank you, GGH&MC!
Feedback:
Really bad service with the exception of 2 RN's Dawn morning nurse and Jessica super sweet and knowledgeable of everything that was going on but Soo RN "charge nurse" very rude not respectful and doesn't consider patients that are in labor Soo the RN "charge nurse" walked in the room demanding and giving rude comments no need for her negativity while being in labor about to give birth. Dr Mehrdad Forghani- Arani super knowledgeable and caring but over all hospital dirty not clean and smells like old molds. I DON'T recommend this Hospital at all.
